Wow, I DID NOT expect that I would make another chapter this quickly! I thought the next time I'd ever post a chapter would be the day The Dangerous Gift released, for a "BREAKING NEWS" chapter, buuuut... NOPE!
And that's good, because that means... that's right, another update!
So, you may ask, what is the update today?
Well, let's just say a few lucky people have seen a copy of The Dangerous Gift appear in their local Barnes and Noble bookstore, and in that special/lucky edition, the back of the paper flap cover on the hardcover of the book has another image printed on it!
It's a bit hard to explain, but basically the area I'm talking about here is if you take a hardcover Wings of Fire book, then take the front paper part off, you're left with a "naked book" (the cardboard part of the cover, and all the pages inside), and the paper part- the outer fancy layer, with all the art of the dragon(s) and drawing by Joy Ang and the shiny letters.
So basically, you just take that shiny paper, and turn it around so that the back of it is showing. Now, normally, the back is just... blank. The blank white of the paper, unsurprisingly.
But, in this special edition of The Dangerous Gift, there is actually a digital drawing printed onto the back, by Joy Ang!
So, wowowow, what's the drawing then?

Now, we're not sure yet who these two characters are yet, but the most plausible guess would be the larger dragon is (the original) Jerboa, and the smaller dragonet is Jerboa (II)!
Also, that drawing is adorable.
And, for those of you who will be getting the special edition, coolio, but as for me, I'm just getting the ol' regular Amazon variety, ha
