I have a bunch of new comments and questions about The Poison Jungle already!
Spoilers below, obviously.
Basically, when Sundew and co. were talking to Hawthorn in his house, he seemed normal, at least to me. So was the Othermind controlling him but pretending to be nice? Or was he really just himself, because the Othermind had released him temporarily?
Also, I think I might've found a plot hole about the Legend of the Hive.
Hope, in Darkness of Dragons, mentioned The Legend of the Hive briefly to Moon and Qibli before, but the part that confuses me is how she could've known about it.
Because The Legend of the Hive is about what happened AFTER the BeetleWings and LeafWings arrived at Pantala, not before, so unless some Pantalan dragon flew back to Pyrrhia to tell the dragons there about it, how would've they known what happened?
Also, is it me, or does Hawthorn remind me of Whirlpool?
Like, the way he wags his claws or gets exceptionally annoying or his oozy personality...
