They entered the room, where anurag told her about prerna.
According to mohini, prerna was a gold digger who only wanted money and power. She was sure that prerna would hurt anurag someday. She couldn't make him suffer. She misinterpreted her and took prerna negatively. And off course she can't tell him all of these things. She knew that prerna was a good friend of anurag. And he won't believe her words against prerna.
"Mom! I love her." Anurag said another time as he was trying to make her understand.
"Enough anu! Why can't you understand that she is not a nice girl for you. She doesn't deserve you baby." Mohini said getting angry.
"Mom, this is not true. She is a nice and perfect girl for me. In fact I don't know if I deserve her or not. Mom I know you don't like her. But at least give her a chance." Anurag again tried convincing her.
They had their talk. And finally mohini agreed to give prerna a chance.
"But anu!!" Mohini interrupted him hugging her out of joy.
"What would happen to the function? All guests are here. I can't risk our family's image." Mohini continued.
"Don't worry mom! I got it all covered." Anurag said with a wide smile.
"Already? How? When?" Mohini threw her questions.
"Mom! Mom! I knew that you would agree to me. I know you. After listening, I knew you don't ignore right things." Anurag said.
She lightly slapped him and they hugged.

Anurag, according to his plan, told pandit ji (priest) to tell all the people gathered around there that now the engagement got cancelled because this was not the right time to perform rituals. And he was wrong before because of some misunderstanding.

After clearing all of this mess going around he finally went to meet his love. Prerna.
He was excited yet nervous. He drove fast and reached there.
He knew that at this late night hour, everybody would be asleep and he can't enter without help.
He called shivani and ask her to come out as it was urgent.
After hearing him out she helped him, off course, to meet prerna.

Shivani, according to anurag's plan, made an fake reason to make prerna come to the nearby park.
