They reached their respective homes as Anurag drove her home.
Anupam and shivani got them to hear all of it. They got busy with them.

Next morning.
Prerna woke up on his call.
"Hi." She spoke sweetly.
"You are still sleeping. You remember we had some important work in the office today." Sid spoke from the other side.
"Oh! Sid, it's you. Yes, I remembered. Give me half an hour, I'm coming to office."
"Yes, please! Hurry!"

"You thought it was someone else." Shivani, who heard all the conversation asked prerna.
"...No...no...it's not like that. Actually I didn't know who was on the call, so...."
"Ah...ha..! Yeah! You are right. Now go and get ready, you are getting late."
"Yeah!"
Shivani didn't tease her this time and prerna took a sigh of relief.

At the office.
"Hey, I know I'm late. Let's finish this today." She said as soon as she saw sid.
Prerna had a busy day at office today and Anurag knew about it so he didn't distract her.
In evening, she took a sigh of relief as her part of work was done.
"So, coffee?"
"Please!"
Anurag took her to her favorite restaurant but unfortunately it was closed due to some construction issues.
So, they went to hawrah bridge and had their chai date.
Next day, Anurag had to go on a business trip to Delhi for almost a week.
He went to meet Prerna.
"I'm gonna miss you."
"Yeah! Me too."
She spoke sweetly in his ear while hugging him.
"I think you should leave now."
"Yeah!"

He went and they got busy with their respective works.
In all this while, Prerna and Sid became very good friends.
And to her shock, Sid proposed her.
"Prerna, I need to tell you something."
"Yeah! Tell me."
"Actually, th...the... thing is...okay! The thing is there is something I need to tell you."
"Yeah! You already said that. Go on, I'm listening."
"Oh..hehe...yeah! Well, (khrmkhrm)"
He cleared his throat and said."
"I..I..I really like you. Would you like to be my girlfriend."
