There I was, sat uncomfortably between my own parents and Piero's. Glancing every now and again to how they exchanged in family conversation made me feel sick to my stomach. Piero, unfortunately, wasn't with me. He had gone somewhere with Melissa and Gianluca and I was stuck with Katia and Ignazio. I know what you're thinking, Ignazio would've been with Melissa. However, Melissa insisted that he remained so that she could pick up a gift for him, same with Gianluca. I admit it was strange to me at first but I guess I've learned to live with it.

However, I was glad to see my parents enjoying the company of Piero's parents. Stella was able to adjust some of the seating arrangements for our second destination on our tour list and thankfully everyone was able to make it to Manchester. It felt like forever waiting for Piero to return. It felt like something had snapped inside of me before my parents started to include me in the conversation. However, to their confusion, I got up out of my seat and headed back up to my hotel room.

Scanning the key card across the sensor, I push open the door and walk inside the room me and Piero were staying in. I walk over to the window to find busy traffic below. And that's when I noticed Piero, Gianluca and Melissa getting out of our private car and walking back into the hotel. When I glanced down at my phone, Piero left me a brief text saying he would come up to the hotel room any minute. This was my chance, I couldn't stand being here. The stress was getting so bad that I ended up going to grab my coat, a pair of sunglasses and wrap myself tight in it. But, I couldn't walk any further as I reached for the door handle. Piero came stumbling in.

"What's going on?" He asked me, shutting the door behind him as he stared at me with his confused expression.

"Nothing..." I frowned, but I knew that excuse wasn't getting past Piero at this point.

"Fiore, don't lie to me." Piero muttered, grabbing the sunglasses and coat off me and putting them down on the table, "Were you going to try and run away or something?"

"No..." I mumbled, "Maybe..."

"Why?" He questioned me.

"Because I wanted to go and see why my pregnancy failed!" I shouted, not realizing the sudden raise in my voice.

"I told you to wait, didn't I amore?" Piero growled, I could sense he was getting frustrated with me.

"I know you did!" I replied,

"Fiore, come on!" Piero shouted, the harsh tone in his voice making me shake, "I'm not moving on until you get a grip! Focus on the tour! Then we can go back home and start a family!"

"Then there's one thing!" I exclaimed, putting my feet firmly on the floor, "Leave me!"

"Maybe I will! Maybe I'll take my parents back to Italy and completely forget you ever existed at Eurovision and during the whole course of my life!"

"You don't mean that.... right?" I broke.

"Yes! I really do!"

"Piero..."

"WHAT!? FIORE!?"

When he turned around, he quickly gasped as he saw me grab my coat and make a run for it crying. The look in my face must have hit him hard, because I heard him call out my name like I've never heard before. Running further and further down the corridor until I reached the elevator, I rapidly pressed the button to call it. But, it was too slow. Piero called out for me to wait but I made an escape. The elevator came and I shut its door quickly before he could get in. With a sigh, I knew I wasn't safe until I got far away from the hotel. I don't care if the concert is tonight, I needed to run. The elevator soon reached the lobby, and as I walked out of the first one the second elevator called down to the lobby. Piero was inside, and as he saw me. I froze, our eyes meeting for a brief second before I started to run again.

Running outside of the building, I find my car parked outside with its easy to spot foreign number plate. Piero was still running after me as I quickly unlocked my car and pressed on the accelerator, speeding off as I looked in the mirror behind me. Piero was stood there, on the road. I could sense his expression from here as I tore my eyes away from watching him and focused back onto the road. The tears continued to flood down my face as I drove for what felt like hours. But eventually, I reached a small park that I was able to roam around and leave me car close by. Walking into the park, I couldn't stop crying as I purchased a bottle of water and drank it in attempt to calm down my crying. However, it didn't work. With my face in my hands I sat down on a park bench and sobbed until my heart contents. That's when suddenly I felt a soft hand rest on my shoulder and someone sat by me. I recognized the outfit that it belonged to.

"Fiore, please don't cry..." The man spoke, Piero spoke, "I'm sorry... I hate seeing you so upset."

"Did you mean what you say?" I asked with a mumble, my bottom lip quivering as my tears startled to settle.

"Of course I didn't, amore." Piero sighed, cupping my cheeks so that he could look at me, "I didn't mean any of it."

"But the way you said it, it really hurt..." I sobbed as Piero rested his forehead on mine.

"I really am sorry, amore..." Piero frowned, rubbing his thumbs over my cheeks, "Please, let me make it up to you. I'll do anything to make that smile that I love come back on your face."

"I don't know. I don't want you spending your money on products just to satisfy me." I sighed, rubbing my hands over his.

"I won't, just please let me make it up to you. I really do feel bad now Fiore, my love."

"Alright... On one condition."

"And what's that?"

"Never do that again..."

"I won't, I can promise you that amore."
