I finally got up and pulled him up with me. "Are you okay?" I ask, totally freaked by that I had just landed on the most prettiest guy known to the Moroi world.

He nodded and rubbed at the dirt that was on his silk shirt. "You know, I think maybe you're a freaking pyshco, am I correct?" I could detect a snarky tone in his voice, and my defenses went up.

"You're looking at the pyshco of St. Vladimir's Academy." I retorted while putting my hands on my slender hips.

He looked at me in a I'm- checking-you-out kind of way. I cleared my throat and said, "You like something you see?"

He smirked and pulled out a cigarette, lighting it up he took a small drag of it and blew out the smoke - directly in my face, I should add.  I coughed and looked at him pointedly. "Seriously? Y-you think that's cool or something?"

His green eyes take on a new kind of sparkle. But that wasn't what was weird about him. It was the way I wanted to leave, but I seemed unable to go anywhere. It was almost how Lissa could draw a crowd near her, and they became enthralled.

"Alright, well, I should be going."

"Hey, quick question. You're a guardian, right?" He says seriously.

I nod. "Yeah, why?"

"Well, are you about done with school and all that guardian crap? I could use a guardian."

"I'm already spoken for." I say annoyed and a bit nice.

"For who?" Adrian asks.

"Vasilisa Dragomir." I pause then add, " My best friend."

"Very creative." He says.

"What are you implying?" I ask, getting defensive over Lissa.

"I'm not impyling anything, honest." He says and blows another ring of smoke.

"Well, if that's the case, I have to go now. It was a pleasure for landing on you and getting your silk shirt dirty. And one other thing: Stay away from Lissa."

I stepped away from Adrian and went back to the dorm where Lissa was still at.

How was it guys!?

I know it's not as action-packed as the others were, but I thought I just wanted to introduce Adrain like this, nice and simple.
