Chapter 17- " Your A Monster"

I stood there looking at Adrian Ishakov. Why in the world was he here for? I heard Dimitri come up from behind me. He was so close that I could feel his coldness seeping through me. I stood slightly off to the right, making room for Adrian to come in.

When he does come in, he examines every nook and cranny of the whole place. I swallowed lightly and glanced over at Dimitri- who sat on a leather couch. I smirked to myself, and until Adrian started talking do I realized he was talking to Dimitri.

"You think you're so big and bad, Dimitri. And you probably think that you want Rose all for yourself. Your a greedy motherfucker!" He yells at Dimitri. I jump at how loud he is. I jump up and grab Adrian's arm, squeezing lightly. "Adrian.. Please. Don't say that to him.. He could literally rip you to parts." 

He glares at him. "Oh, how concerned are you for my 'safety.'" He remarks and pushes me away, and I hit the ground. Adrian might be drunk as hell but he is strong. But, Dimitri's stronger.   

He pushes Adrian to the wall and snarls in rage at the Moroi. "Your blood smells mighty fine, Mr. Isahkov." Dimitri says deadly quiet. I could see that in Adrian's stance that he is slightly scared of Dimitri. "You just pushed Rose. You probably just even hurt her." He flicks his red eyes toward me, where I'm still on the floor, looking at the two of them.  I saw Adrian flinch a little as Dimitri came into his face. " Maybe I should go ahead and drink your blood, Mr. Isahkov. It would be a lot more simpler to do that then to have you here and messing up everything for me and Rose."

I shivered as he says those words. I fixed my gaze somewhere else so I don't have to see any of this. I heard Adrian's voice say, " Well, who says that Rose wants to be with you? You asshole!" He sneered at him. I gasped and waited for the bite that will kill Adrian, knowing that Dimitri may snap at any moment.  But the only thing Dimitri does was just smirked at Adrain. "You do not want me angry." Dimitri says raging madly.

Adrian smirked his Devil- may- care smile and said, "Like I said, your an asshole, Belikov." He paused and then screamed as Dimitri squeezed his hand around Adrian's throat. The scream sounded like he was screaming bloody murder. Although he kind of was.  I jumped up, wincing as I went for Dimitri's shoulder. "Dimitri! Stop it! This isn't you!!" 

He snarled as he shook me off, and I saw that he had snapped Adrian's neck. I swallowed a sob down my throat and covered my mouth. He threw Adrain's body to the other wall, and I jumped as he came towards me, I took a couple of steps back from him. 

"Roza.." He says.

I looked back over at where Adrain's limp body was.... Dimitri had just killed Adrian.. What the fuck am I going to do now? It could be like that the next time I get him mad. I swallowed as I set my gaze upon him. "W-what did you just do..." My lip wobbles as I look between Adrain's body and Dimitris' living body. My voice is a whisper. "W-why Dimitri?" My voice shakes and I have to get out of here before he hurts me. I have to. 

"Roza, I was mad.." His voice was cold and soft as well. 

"Y-you just killed him!" I shout as my voice cracks becuase I'm trying not to burst into tears.

"Roza, please.. Calm down." He says and takes his hand to my waist, and I jerk out of his hold, yelling,"Don't you dare touch me!" My lip wobbles again as I say, "You're a monster, Comrade.."

I swallowed as he grabbed my wrist, pushing me to the bed and saying, " You have only 3 days, Roza.."

I felt my heartbeat faster at how close he was. "3 d-days for what?" I get out.

Still reeling from Adrain's death. " Until I awaken you, Roza." He says and leaves me there on the bed.
