Shocks from the little electric Pokémon fly everywhere until hitting his target. Jessie, James, and Meowth become a glowing pile of smoke before getting pushed up into the air.
Shinx is getting so powerful that they end up flying through the sky until becoming a twinkling star in the sky for a few moments. You could almost hear them screaming something about blasting off.
Dawn approaches the purple Pokémon who escaped the poor fate of her former trainer. "Jessie is an idiot for releasing you," Dawn crouches down in front of it. "How about you join us so you can show them what you're made of?"
She rolls forward to nod and Dawn captures the Pokémon. The pokeball stops shaking before becoming a darker colour. "I think that means we've reached the limit," Ash states. "We're going to have to send a Pokémon back to the professor."
"I was worried for a second," Dawn says relieved. "Let's get going then."
"Race?" Ash questions with a smirk.
"I've had one substantial meal in the last two days," Dawn rolls her eyes. "Unless you want me to throw up on you, no."
"Okay then," Ash chuckles and the group moves through the forest.
While getting through the forest Ash talks Dawn's ear off about everything they accomplished when she was asleep. He listed off all of the Pokémon and how each of them got stronger through various drills and battles.
"Special training" Ash called it.
It took about an hour or two of walking for them to think of scanning their two new Pokémon.
Their first Wurmple evolved into Silcoon.

Along with that she learned harden and got the boosted stats that come with evolution.
The Wurmple Jessie abandoned evolved into a Cascoon which apparently is rumoured to be the less common Pokémon due to having an "uglier" appearance than its counterpart.
