"We need to make this quick," Ash says to the battle ready Bidoof in front of him.
The Gible waves one of its small greyish colour arms in a challenging motion. Its eyes focused sharply on the normal type.

Suddenly the dragon type's red throat starts to glow a light turquoise colour. An orb of contained energy starts to form and it lashes out towards Bidoof in a stream.
"Defense curl!" Ash orders. Bidoof curls up and a transparent shield forms around it before disappearing in the flame like attack. After the attack finishes, Bidoof gets up, a little beaten from the attack but the powered up defense helps. "Now rollout."
Bidoof curls up and starts rolling until becoming a spinning blur along the purple bricks. Gible watches carefully before digging underground and popping up once Bidoof passed.
"Keep going," Ash encourages but Gible continues to break through the ground and out of the way. "Someone is not going to like fixing the road."
Ash watches Bidoof miss again but she's still gaining momentum despite losing energy. "Follow Gible!" Ash yells which takes the gathering crowd and Gible by surprise.
The dragon type sinks into its tunnels once again but this time with a seeking missile behind it. Gible can only dig so fast and Bidoof ends up running it right into the open. "Awesome!" Ash cheers and the crowd begins to cheer for the team.
Ash fumbles around in his backpack for a bit before bringing out a pokeball. "Go... Pokeball!" Ash says and throws a bullet towards the fallen pokeball.
It wobbles on the hard surface with a scratching sound before clicking. "We caught a Gible!" Ash celebrates with his Pokémon.
The crowd claps before dispersing back into their normal lives. "That Gible has been a pest for awhile," A police officer walks over. "Officer Jenny here." The teal coloured woman states.
She's wearing a full blue police outfit with a gold charm on her hat. "Thanks you for your service," She salutes.
"Uh you're welcome," Ash replies.
"Please keep that guy contained," Jenny states. "I don't want him to be my problem anymore." She hops onto her police motorcycle and drives away.
"He can be Dawn's problem," Ash chuckles. "Dawn!"
Ash and the Pokémon look at each other before dashing down the street. To save time Ash returns Bidoof and Piplup, getting the latter ready for the appeal. Only to realize he doesn't have a capsule for the seal.
"I better run fast," Ash mutters while he and Shinx wind through the city streets.
