Third Person's POV

"Shieldon charge with Tackle!" Dawn points towards the two grunt's Pokémon. "They didn't exactly put out their best to guard," Dawn laughs while watching the shield Pokémon tackle a poor Wurmple into the side of the building.

"Shut up little girl," One of the grunts growl. "Zubat use wing attack!

"Geodude use rock throw, Shinx light it up with spark," Dawn smirks confidently. Battling bad guys isn't her first choice for training but combo moves like these will be important in the future.

Electricity crackles around the hurled hunk of rock before colliding into the defenceless Pokémon. Shieldon suddenly cries to get her attention as he gets trapped between the falling Zubat and Wurmple.

"Piplup time to try out your new move," Dawn nods at the water type who runs towards Wurmple with his flippers spread out wide.

His beak grows to about twice in size and glows brightly. Wurmple was still recovering from the tackle and is drilled by Piplup's beak before it could get away.

It is four on two but Dawn still feels good about pummelling these two grunts into the ground.

Wurmple is knocked out cold and Zubat has one of its wings trapped under the rock thrown earlier. "Are you gonna let me through yet?" Dawn taunts.

The two grunts look at each other and nod before returning their Pokémon. "Good luck," They smirk and run into the forest before Dawn could stop them.

"We can worry about them later," Dawn assures the Pokémon who I'm sure would run after the grunts if they could. "Let's worry about getting in and helping out Ash."

The Pokémon forget about the grunts and follow the blunette to the entrance. "I'm sure this group is just a small gang based on their Pokémon," Dawn shrugs. "So they'll get caught eventually."

Dawn walks up to the door and as expected, it's locked. "Well," She brings out a pokeball. "I hope they have good insurance."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Drifff," The balloon Pokémon who is carrying Ash over the lobby, grunts heavily as she tries to make one last push to the balcony.
"Good j—ahh," Ash yelps as her tethers unwrap themselves before she could catch him.
Luckily he was sort of ready and was able to clutch the edge of the balcony. Unfortunately his cry was heard below and now there's a half dozen flashlights shining at him.
He hears an order that was something like, "catch that fool", and a few grunts rush through the lobby. "Uh oh," Ash looks at the tired Drifloon nervously.
She floats to the balcony and closes her eyes in fatigue. "I can't leave her here," Ash mutters while climbing up the railing and onto solid ground. He sees flashlights down the hall and realizes that he's going to get some exercise tonight.
Ash ties Drifloon's strings around his backpack and bolts in the opposite direction of the light. Luckily the ghost and flying type feels rejuvenated when rushing through the air so it doesn't mind being dragged behind.
Ash hustles through the many hallways but the building isn't massive by any means. Most of the doors are locked and wouldn't help him escape either. The bad guys didn't bother bringing light up here so Ash is running through darkness currently.
His eyes are slightly adjusted to the darkness so he can make out the white walls that have gone on forever. They really need some colour in this place...
Ash begins to hear the loud footsteps over his harsh breathing. Now he can feel the light reach behind him, helping him make the turns a little more efficient but making his movements noticeable by the grunts.
