3rd Person POV

Ruby's hands shook slightly as she looked at her wrists. Her metal bindings made her tear up to the point where her vision became blurred. "Rose, you have a visitor." Ruby brought up her hands and she wiped away her tears. As the guard stepped aside, Ruby felt her heart stop. "Y...Y/N..." The boy smiled sadly as he took a seat in front of her "Hey... Rubes." The former huntress-in-training tried her hardest not to break down in front of him...and she was failing miserably. "I... I-I'm so sorry..." She looked down at the table, barely keeping herself together. "I... I-I hurt you. I... I r...raped you, only thinking about how much pleasure it brought to me. I... I did things only villains do." Y/N stayed silent, only looking at Ruby with a sorrowful gaze. "I... I even hurt my own family when they tried to show me how wrong I was. I... I-I hurt Yang and Dad..."

"...Ruby, look at me." Her eyes remained on the table. "Ruby please..." Y/N reached his hand out, placing it on Ruby's hand "I spoke to your family. They both forgave you. They will welcome you with open arms."

"I-I don't deserve it..."
"Ruby-"
"I HURT PEOPLE! I ALMOST KILLED WEISS AND JAUNE!"
"And they forgave you too!"
"They shouldn't have!"

Ruby's tears hit Y/N's bandaged hand, causing Y/N to frown "Ruby, listen to me. Even after everything you did...the people who care for you will always be there to help. Including me..." Ruby finally looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears "I'm so...sorry..." Y/N cupped her cheek and his smile returned "Since you haven't killed anyone...you only have a year. You can thank Ozpin for that." Ruby's eyes went to Y/N's hand, and the memories of what she did came to her.

"R-Ruby please, I'm begging you!"
"You pushed me away N/N. Now you gotta pay for it. Now which hand... LEFT IT IS!" Ruby smiled as she held up the branding iron.
"R-Ruby no! We can- AHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

Quickly, Ruby shut her eyes "N-No!" She yanked her hands away from Y/N, her eyes filled with regret "I deserve life in prison! I branded you for the rest of your life! I gave you scars that will always be there. If... If I never went to Beacon..."

"I never would've met you Ruby."
"Yes. So why...why are you trying to defend me...after everything I did to you?"
"...Because... I..."
"You don't even have a good reason..."
"I do. It's because even when you branded me, scarred me, and raped me... I still believed that there was good in you."
"There was never good in me..."
"Stop lying! You will always be the girl who aimed to help the people of Remnant. You will always be the girl who loves strawberries and cookies! You will always be Yang's sister. You will forever be Ruby Rose."

"Ruby L/N sounds so much better...what do you think?" Ruby's eyes widened as she heard a voice in the back of her head "I... I will always be Ruby Rose..." Y/N nodded standing up from his chair and going around the table, embracing Ruby in a hug. "L/N, you only have two minutes left. Visiting time is a bit short today." As soon as Y/N let go, Ruby grabbed his shirt "N-No, stay with me, please?"

"Ruby I have to go in a bit."
"I-I can wait two minutes. Just please...stay?"
"It wouldn't be enough time."
"I know, but I... I need you to stay..."
"...Alright."

The guard shut the door, leaving them alone once again. "Y/N...did you ever love me?" Y/N stayed silent for a moment, a look of thought coming to his face "I... I did. At one time..." Ruby's body shook at his answer. He did love her. "W... W-When was that?"

"The day you captured me...was the day I was going to confess to you."
"I... I-I ruined everything...didn't I?"
"..."
"I... I-I didn't deserve your love. I don't d-" Ruby soon ate her own words as she felt Y/N plant his lips on hers. To Y/N, it was to prove her wrong, that she did deserve it, but to Ruby... it was the greatest high. The two did kiss before, but it was forceful and the only thing that came off of it had been lust. This...was something different. Y/N soon broke from the kiss, a large smile forming on his face. "A-Again..."

"Sorry Rubes. My time is up." The door opened and the guard nodded "Come on." As he walked out the door, he turned to Ruby and waved "See ya... Ruby." The girl's eyes widened and she attempted to stand up, only to be held down by the chains on her legs "W-Wait, just one more kiss! I... I need it!" The door slammed shut and tears streamed down her face "N-No..."

"Hmm... They tasted just as great as I remembered. Did his lips gets softer?"
"S-Shut up..."
"We could've had him you know. We could have still been at the abandoned village and nobody would've known a damn thing."
"Stop it!"
"We could have gotten pregnant by now. Can you imagine the-"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

Ruby slammed her hands on to the table, different emotions filling her silver eyes. Lust, avarice, hatred, fear, and despair. "You have the strength to get him back. All you need to do...is use it."

"He'll hate us..."
"You heard what he said. The people who care for you will always be there for you. Including..."
"I-Including him..." Ruby looked back at the door and her eyes began to glow "I'm sorry Y/N...but I need you more than ever..."

A/N: Thus kindly... I leave this at a cliffhanger...that will never have an actual ending since this is a One-Shot.
