The very next day there was an emergency at one of Jonah's outlets. A small kitchen fire had started and the fire department was called in. On arrival Jonah was told about the fire that destroyed the stove. The outlet had to be closed that day but instead of sending the workers home, Jonah joined them to perform cleaning operations.

By the time he had finished it was already past lunch time. Kate must have already gone for lunch so he called to appologise for not being able to see her at that moment. Kate's phone went unanswered so naturally Jonah thought she was busy with a  shoot. Jonah left the outlet and went stove shopping so he could open business as usual tomorrow. Two hours later Jonah tried to contact Kate again, still no answer. He grew worried now more than ever. 'She never takes more than one hour forty five minutes on a shoot.'

Just then his phone rang. It was Kate, he was relieved at the sight of her call. Upon answering she sounded distant. She had just finished with a shoot for a client she said and she was sorry for not answering sooner. Jonah on the line listening to her, also found her background sounded funny. "where are you?" he asked suspiciously. "I'm at work luv, now leaving," Kate replied.

Jonah knew she was lying but avoided making a scene over the phone. He couldn't rush over since his business  was important and in the middle of a transaction but as soon as he had finished he would head over. Before long Jonah was in his way back to the outlet with a brand new stove. He also put in a new fire extinguisher in the kitchen as to avoid any future mishaps.

Finally finished installing and cleaning up, the business was ready to reopen for tomorrow's business day. He was too tired to head over to Kate's parents home so instead he called her to say goodnight as he was too tired to make it. She immediately started an argument about him cheating and she knows that he still loves his ex before hanging up. Kate's reply was certainly new since she normally understood his situation.

Jonah had never cheated or communicated with any of his exes unless it was at the business place but nothing more. Jonah was puzzled but too tired to drive over to Kate's. He drove home, took off his shoes and fell to his bed. Jonah suddenly jumped out of sleep, 2am the red lit, alarm clock radio on his night stand read. Remembering the conversation with Kate he was ready to come over. He knew it was too late and being such a well brought up gentleman, couldn't show up at her parents house at that hour in the morning.

He fell back to his pillow, eyes fully opened staring at the ceiling wondering what got his girlfriend so messed up. He really would like to rule out the possibility that she was cheating on him but it was there, lingering at the back of his head like a nagging pain. He had enough, he took up his phone and started scrolling through Facebook, looking for videos to make him laugh or think about something else. He just didn't want to think of his ten years of life with Kate as a waste.

Jonah couldn't sleep so he got off his bed and took a cold shower. He then headed to the living room to watch some basketball reruns or some other sporting event on cable that they only show at those hours of the morning.
Success no basketball but still, the rerun game between Manchester United and Manchester City that he missed was on. That took away all focus on the troubling situation and directed it towards the television.

By the time he had watched out two games back to back it was time to get up. His alarm went off, he didn't get proper sleep for the night but his business came first before sleep. Jonah worked really hard to get to where he was at the moment. Loans, events, loss of sleep etc. was the price he paid for success. Soon he would have the money to expand his business overseas but the slight keep back with the incident drew him back a few more thousand dollars more.

At the outlet he arrived first so he could open for the workers and prepare them for the day. Things were going great, customers were happy, eating and laughing. The outlet's reputation was unharmed. Suddenly Latifah Swansea, former head cheerleader of their graduation year walked in. Thick thighs with booty and eyes they called her. Before Kate, she was Jonah's cryptonite, but what was she doin here?

Latifah Swansea, six feet of light brown chocolate complexion, curves you could easily skid off of, medium black hair she still continues to wear in a double ponytail at times but loose most days, legs still toned but thicker and an ass like an amateur pornstar. Hmm.. This looked like trouble. Suddenly it was 2005 all over again, Jonah didn't like it but the lust she carried made you feel like giving her your soul.

Latifah came up to the counter and personality asked to speak with the owner, Jonah was called. She assured him that she just wanted to catch up so as to avoid any confusion he invited him to his office. Once there, Latifah seemed even more provocative as ever in this light. She congratulated Jonah for establishing a successful business and she needed a work.

She assured him that she came fully prepared to secure her place with the company. She handed him her resume and upon looking it through Jonah saw she wasn't qualified. Upon mentioning it to her Latifah already knew she wasn't qualified, that's why she came so prepared. Jonah was confused, until she got down on her knees and began unzipping Jonah's pants. At the same time Kate barged through the office door.
