My breaths become uneven
And my hands begin to shake
Silently, I scold myself
For the scene that I will makeBecause tears are rising up now
And I am rendered mute
My body is on fire
And I feel like I might pukeBut that's just a normal Tuesday
Or any day at all
I'm used to it by now
Feeling oh so smallThere's no need to pity me
I've forgotten what it's like
To have a brain that's nice to you
And actually works right
