I want to live in 2am
Where nobody expects
anything of me
Where I can simply
lay on the trampoline
And look at the sky
Wishing on any shooting stars
That are willing to visit meI want to live in 2am
Where headlights cause shadows
To dance on my walls
And all is quiet
With the exception of a crickets chirp
And the rustling of a thieving raccoon
In search of a late night snackI want to live in 2am
Forever
Alone
With you
