It was now Sunday afternoon I've been looking forward to today since Juggy told me he'd be coming back to Southside high. I got the trailer cleaned up, new bedding on Juggy's bed I was ready for my brother to come back home.
Through all the chaos we went through growing up with our dad's drinking, drama with other gangs. Jughead was my constant companion through it all but that all changed when I decided to become a full fledged member of the Serpents.
After that we drifted apart I was never one to open up about my feelings but it killed me losing the relationship we had.
Fangs and Pea made themselves at home as they usually did, even though they have their own trailers they always seemed to gravitate to mine.
"Alright jackasses please clean up after yourselves keep your ears opened my brother is coming home. I gotta run to the store." I say grabbing my car keys off the counter.
"You got it boss. Hey, grab us some more Coronas while you're at it please." Pea asks with a fake smile on his face.
"Yeah, yeah I'm on it."
20 minutes later
*Knock knock knock*
"Yeah it's opened!" Fangs yells while focusing on the TV.
"Well well well, look who found his way back home." Sweet Pea says while sarcastically claps his hands.
"Yeah whatever, where's my sister?"
"She went to the store she should be back soon." Fangs replies.
"You know I have a bone to pick with you Jones, you out of all people leaving your sister out in the cold to deal with things all on her own. Her own brother fucked her over because he forgot where his loyalties lie." Sweet Pea says while walking towards Jughead.
"You mind your own business Sweet Pea what's happened between Jade and I is none of your concern." Jughead says while getting in Sweet Pea's face.
"Exactly whatever happens with Jade is my concern Fangs and I have her back through thick and thin. Which is more than I can say for you." Fangs comes to Sweet Pea's side trying to back him up before things get heated.
"That's enough the both of you!" I say walking through the door seeing my brother and Pea face to face. "Fangs, Pea can you leave for a little bit I need to talk to my brother alone. I'll call you guys back for dinner."
Fangs grabs Sweet Pea by the arm forcing him out of the trailer. "What the fuck was that about?" I say clearly agitated. "That Sweet Pea always has something to say."
"Well the little rift between you both needs to stop, you're my brother and Pea is my best friend, I'm sick of the bullshit every time you guys are together." "Alright Jade for you I'll give it a rest." Jug says while sitting on the counter.
"Thanks bro, so tonight I'm making your favorite for dinner. And I want to invite Toni, Fangs and Pea over is that ok?"
"Fine by me, this pretty much is your place now." Jughead replies while helping me put groceries away.
"Go put your things away I got this and then I'll start on dinner." I say handing him the necessities I just got for him.
"You got it boss." Jughead says while hitting my arm. "Ugh you know I hate it when you call me that." I say rolling my eyes. A little while later I start on dinner.

I wanted this dinner to be special the 4 people I love the most sitting around the table finally trying to get along. I know Jug wants nothing to do with the Serpents I at least wanted them to get along. Thirty minutes later and my three best friends all walk inside together. But I couldn't keep my eyes off of Toni it seemed like the more time we've spent together lately the deeper my feelings grew.
After dinner we all sat around had a few drinks, ate cheesecake while the boys shocked Toni and I and actually cleaned up and did the dishes. Jughead said he was going to meet up with Betty for a little. Fangs and Pea offered to do a run I had scheduled later that night which left Toni and I alone.
I was sick of the flirting with us I wanted to lay everything on the table right then and there but when I tried to I froze. I knew I would have to sooner or later before that chance passed me up for good.
