It was finally vacation time Toni and I were beyond excited we spent the last week shopping and planning out outfits. Last night we got no sleep because we were double and triple checking that we had everything packed. After walking through the entire house checking literally every single window and door was locked I put our suit cases in my new Audi. It was decided last week that my mom would watch Storm while we were gone so I packed up his food, his little bed, a few toys etc. for his week with "grandma."
"Baby let's hurry it up we gotta go" I yelled up the stairs as I walked around with Storm in my arms. It was honestly going to be hard being away from this little dude for a week all three of us were attached at the hip already. I decided to go comfy on the plane ride so I decided on a FaZe Champion collab hoodie and sweats and some Jordan 13s. A few minutes later Toni comes down with her backpack "sorry babe I was making sure I grabbed our headphones and the camera." I did one final check of our stuff making sure I had our plane tickets and passports.
"We gotta go like now babe" she took Storm from me and finally made our way out the door. A while later we pulled up to The Pembrooke where I seen David our driver waiting in the Escalade already. I opened the garage and pulled my Audi inside grabbed our bags and made my way to him. "We need to go give little guy to my mom we will be back down in a few minutes" I said as I handed him our luggage. He smiled and set the bags in the trunk. Toni and I walked inside and into the elevator a few seconds later the door opened and we made our way down the hall to the penthouse door.
I used my key and let myself in where I was surprised to see my mom sitting on the couch watching TV "mama what are you doing up already it's freaking early." And it was we had a 4am flight and it was now 2:00am. "I wanted to send you, Toni and Ronnie off. I'm going to miss you girls" in the last few months my mom and I have made strives with our relationship she was one of my best friends it was like she was never gone from my life and I was thankful for that.
Archie and Veronica came out of her room with their luggage. "Ready to roll?" Archie asked as he hugged Toni and I. "Alright mom here's all of Storms things, remember he's in training so they'll be here Monday morning to pick him up at 10." I gave her the whole run down on things he liked and didn't like. I sounded like such a mom but he was our baby "mija I know how to take care of a puppy he's going to be fine." Toni gave him kisses and handed him to me and of course so did I before handing him to my mom.
"Alright girls you have fun, make memories, watch out for each other and if you need anything and I mean anything call me." Veronica gave our mom a hug and a kiss and I did the same "make sure you capture everything." She whispered in my ear I knew what she was talking about I nodded and gave her a final kiss. One thing about me is I hated goodbyes so I left her with a "see you later." We made our way down stairs where Archie helped David with their bags and we were on the road.
