Harry

I wake up feeling really rested for a change, from the last days, that I've been on edge from missing V so much and just all around wondering if she's ok. Then it suddenly hit me, that she's no longer laying beside me like when we went to sleep so comfortably. She surely just didn't up and leave after telling me she would stay, would she? I wish I knew what was going on with her, or if there was anything I could do to help.
I'm brought out of my thoughts by a phone dinging, one I don't recognize. Perhaps V bought a different one. Suddenly she storms into the room.
I look up smiling at her "morning Vaeh"

"Oh hey, morning Harry, sorry to wake you" she says

"No you didn't" I say "but it would've been fine if you did, I'd like to spend as much time as I can with you, ya know before you leave again"

She comes over to me sitting beside me, gives me a small hug then says "Harry, things are a bit weird for me right now, not you, but I have to keep as much of a clear head as I possibly can. I care about you, and I get you say you do as well, and I hope after everything, you still feel the same. I have at times, some real trust issues, but I haven't felt that with you, and I hope I'm right, because otherwise...." she just stops there.

I simply hold her, looking into her eyes telling her "Vaeh, I'm not sure what's happened to you or what's happening now, but I'm here for you, and I'm not going anywhere. You can trust me." I gently kiss her "If there's ever anything you want to talk about, I'm here"

The phone starts to ding again. She says "let me check this"

She starts typing away, looking a bit frustrated. I then ask her
"V, is everything alright?" "Did you get a different phone?"

She gets up saying "uh, yeah it's fine" not looking at me "no, not exactly my phone" with a non funny kinda laugh. Then says "well Harry, I'll probably see ya in a couple days, I gotta go, but if you text I won't ignore you, just don't go overboard all day ok"

I stand up with her, yet again smiling since I am happy to at least be able to have some contact now.
"Can I have a hug and maybe a kiss before you leave me?"

"Sure, c'mere Harry"

I walk up to her wrap my arms around her and give her a kiss, one to let her know that I'll miss her with everything in me, that she can trust that I'm here for her, and that I care for her and about her above all others.

I just hope she knows how special she is to me, if she doesn't yet, I'll make sure she does as soon as I can.

I'm falling for this beautiful woman so quick it kinda scares me, but it feels amazing.

"See you soon V"

"See you soon H, and remember, tell nobody anything"

I pretent to zip lips "I won't promise"

That damn phone kept going off at Harry's it was fucking Damien. Always bad timing, I swear.

From D: Hey just checking in, will be there tomorrow

From D: can't wait to see their faces, well one in particular

To D: I'm sure there will be surprises

To D: I can't wait to get this over, I bet you can't

To D: you haven't gone and made any babies have you

From D: oh you never know, that could be interesting huh
