It's roughly 2 now and we've just gotten to Bren and Lous place. It looks like they're not here just yet. Maybe Alex is here. I head to the door, Harry walking beside me. We approach the door, as it starts to open, with JoJo looking, I'm not sure, sad, surprised maybe even a bit worried. So I'm taking it if she's here and inside, Alex must be here as well. Harry and I step inside.
"So, how have you been JoJo?" Trying to be civil.
"Oh, um I'm ok I guess" she says
"Well, since you're here, I'm guessing Alex is around somewhere"
"Yeah, she let me in, but I haven't seen her since. That was about half an hour ago I'd say"
"So she just left you here, alone, didn't say anything"
"Yep, pretty much"
I've gotten some weird vibes from Alex, but this is just bullshit. Wonderful, I mutter to myself. Except Harry heard me.
"What's that mean?" He asks
"What ya mean?" I grin
"You just said wonderful"
I pull his hand to walk to the side "Harry, I've had some weird vibes from Alex since she's gotten here, but now this, vanishing after letting JoJo in, it's just unreal. I don't even know if she should even know any of this. I mean what if she's working with them?"
He looks at me with wide eyes. "Babe, do you really think she could do that?" He hugs me.
"Honestly, I don't know who I can trust anymore. You could be my enemy for all I know, I haven't been able to fully trust anyone since I've been like 5. Do you know how hard that is?"
About ten minutes later Bren, Mel and Lou come in looking exhausted.
"Bren, can I talk to you a second?"
She comes to where I was just talking with Harry.
"Bren, Harry and I have only been here about 15 or so minutes, but JoJo said she was here for about half an hour before that and Alex hasn't been around at all. Is she really on board, or should we not include her?"
"What do you mean Vaeh"
"I've just gotten weird vibes from her since she's gotten here. Also you guys all look exhausted, you sure you want to do this today?"
"Yeah, it's ok, we're home now and Mel can stay here as well"
"Ok, if you're sure"
We walk back out.
"I guess let's get this started"
Harry asks before we start if maybe we want to order pizza, since it's past lunch and likely may get to dinner time. So him and Lou call it in.
Ready for talks
"So who wants to start?" Bren asks
Mel says "Nevaeh, I need to tell you, I did as you said, I asked Neil who Venus is, he asked where I heard that name? Said it was a bad memory, someone/something he wish he could forget. Yet he was still intense about it when I got to the hotel, he then forbid me to see you out of everyone. Said he's known Brian for like 6 years, he's changed since we got here and this Brian has been at the room since the night we went out. Said I was pathetic and that it was going to be too easy, told me to get out, pushed me and threw a bit of money at me."
"Ok Mel don't worry about him, do you remember I told you he was the devil? Do you happen to know his last name?"
"Uh yeah, it's Dammens"
"Ok thank you. Anything else?"
JoJo then says
"I went for a walk earlier, ended up sitting at the park, uh out of nowhere Brian showed up, but anyway he said he couldn't tell me how, but hearing this now, it sounds like maybe this Neil, but said we all need to watch our backs, and to make sure that all of you knew. He also said my friend Melissa's boyfriend kicked her out and wasn't very nice last night."
"Ok, so now that you have the two of them connected, and JoJo, you are not going to like this I'm afraid, because I think you like Brian, and I know he tried to give warning today, but..." I take a deep breath "the reality is he's actually been helping him for the last I'm not sure amount of years now, since Mel says they've been friends for 6 anyway. You all have seen what the devil, monster also known as my brother has done to me"
"Oh God no" Mel screams "it can't be"
"I'm sorry Mel, but it is. He is a ruthless inhumane kind of animal, you, he made you think he saved your life, yet he most likely did everything that caused you to run into him in the first place"
"Anyway, as I was saying to JoJo, he's had Brian going back and forth to shall I say keep tabs on both you and I" I clear my throat "He proceeded in roughly 2 or so years ago faking his death, getting a facial remake surgery, obviously, so he was unrecognizable. "
"I'm sorry to lay all of this on you guys, but I'm hoping I can trust you at this point, I mean it's a lot on one mind, without exploding. Oh and they are obviously unaware I know of these things, so girls, I'm trusting you keep it right here and that includes you as well Harry and Lou, don't think I can't take you down." I point to Lou
Harry says "she can" in a whisper
'Damn"
"That's a lot"
"Fuck"
The other girls say in unison, once again Alex is nowhere.
Harry comes to me telling me he's going to use the restroom.
Bren starts picking up plates from the pizza, as JoJo gathers the cups. Mel stretches.
"Oh Mel, what did you find out at the hospital?"
"Oh Vaeh, now I know it's awful, I'm pregnant"
"It'll all work out, don't worry"
I start thinking it's taking Harry a while to go to the restroom, and I gotta go too before we go, so I head that way.
OH MY GOD!
"Vaeh"
"Shut Up!!"
"Vaeh"
"I said shut up, just let me use the fucking restroom, will ya?"
"And DON'T call me that"
I use the restroom, wash my hands, run down the stairs.
"I gotta go, I'll let ya know if I hear anything else, bye"
I run out the door, not even turning back, I get into the car and drive off quickly.

As I'm driving off all I can think of is I'm going to get that bitch and I can't believe I ever trusted him so easily. God! How fucking stupid and reckless can you get Nevaeh? You know better than to believe in being happy.
