Lunch finally rolled around, i was walking towards my locker where i see Daij already standing. i gave him a small smile opening my locker. "look... i like you, just give me a chance to show it i know we just met... but like lemme take you out shawty" he spoke rather fast.

i could already feel my cheeks began to heat up as i closed my locker. "i'd love that daij, but why were you giving me the cold shoulder" i asked looking up at him.

"melo and you" he muttered

"what nigga.. ain't shit going on between us" i said laughing. he threw his arm over my shoulder and walked w me towards the lunch room.

"nah shawty, melo got the reputation as a ladies man i ain't want him getting to you before i did and it just looked like he did yesterday" he said sighing placing his head on mine as we walked towards our table. i sat next to Eli & Daij. "HUSBANDDD!!" I yelled hugging my chocolate baby father. "wassup my lil wifey" he said hugging me back.
