Mandy barked as she saw joe and iris laugh at his dance moves. The couple tried to mimic one of iris' favorite bands, the red hot chili peppers. "Fly away on my zephyr!" Iris belted out the lyrics and pointed at mandy.

Joe did his best at keeping up with iris, but he was quickly running out of breath. "I feel it more than ever." He continued for her.

He grabbed iris' hand and spun her around and tried to dip her, but mandy took the opportunity and jumped on them and licked their faces. "Mandy! Down girl! I love you too." Iris giggled.

Mandy got off of them and went to sit on her bed by the record player that was playing the song. "She has a lot of energy, just like someone I know." Joe commented.

"Oh really? Can I guess who this person is?" Iris put a finger on her lips and pretended to be confused. "Is this person likeable?"

"Very. She always puts a smile on my face." Joe smiled.

"She must be very special to you then,"

"She is."

"Is she a fan of the red hot chili peppers? If not then we can't really be friends. That's a turn off for me." She joked and faced joe. "You must really like me if you're willing to listen to my type of music."

"Last time I was in the car, I put on stevie nicks. Ben almost ripped my head off, so I guess your music is rubbing off on me a little." Joe chuckled. "But I also want her to be with me." He mumbled just loud enough for her to hear.

"Are you serious?"

"No, I'm joe."

Iris playfully rolled her eyes at his dad joke. "Nice."

"But I've never been more serious in my entire life."

"Then I guess I'll have to get used to your dad jokes since you got used to my music."
