Chapter 9: Another meeting

Two days before returning back to Britain, she tried a long distance contact  to Jerry and Liezel but no one is answering the phone. She call several them several times but in vain no one is really answering the phone. Now she is worried if what is happening there right now and not also that she is worried that she has no money now to buy a plane ticket back to Britain.

She went outside the hotel and have a walk on the nearby park. Still thinking of what she will do... How will she be able to have money and who will help her? She took a deep breath and sighed.

She turned back again to the hotel. Before she went to her room she saw a familiar face... It's Roger! She looked at him as it went to his own room and the door closed as it entered. She went to her room and thought for a moment.

"Yeah! Maybe he can help me with my problem... But...i forgot... Something bad happened the last time we met...maybe he will not help me..." She told herself...

"Oh!" She remember the coat which Roger forgot in the plane and took it outside of her closet.

"Yeah.. i think this may help me... I will return this to him...have an apologise on what happened.. then ask him to lend me money"... Jillian said to herself even though she was not 100% sure if this will work.. but she really need money or else she will be stuck on this foreign country forever.

She placed the coat on a paper bag and went out her room approaching Roger's room that is not far from where is her room. As she was at the front of his door she became hesitant again. But she must make a move and try to become desperate. She knocks on the door but Roger did not opened it. She knocks again but this time louder and the door opened.

He was shock to see who knocks at the door of his Room. ..and yes! It is the girl whom he had argued with a day ago.. and the one who puked his favorite coat! Then after a while he recovered from being shock.

"So...are you following me?.. to think that we are on the same hotel?" Roger arrogantly said to her.

"I just wanna have an apologise on what happened a day ago and return this coat which you forgot on the plane... I saw you recently at the hall way as i came back here" Jillian said afterwards.

Roger took the paper bag on her hands arrogantly and gave her a badass smile..and said "Thanks" then slams the door.

She was shocked on what Roger did to her. Slamming the door on her face and never give her a chance to talk to him. She knocks on his door again. And again Roger opened it annoyingly.

"Is my apology accepted?" Jilliane asked.

"So you want me to accept your apology?... Hell no! After what you have caused me?... Because of the disturbance you'd made, me and my band mates became an hour late on our gig that day!!! All because of your fault!" Roger yelled to him... "You're waisting your time.. so am i with you! So fuck off!!!" Roger again slammed the door.

She became more desperate.. she knocks the door again but seems like Roger doesn't want to open it anymore..so she gave a very loud consecutive knocks on his door and Roger opened it the third time very annoyed and now mad!

"What is it you want?!" Roger shouted her.

"Lend me money!!!" Jilliane said.

"What?!" Roger surprisingly asked.

"I need money to buy plane ticket to go back to Britain... I'm calling my friends there but none of them is answering my call... I had called them several times but still no one is answering..." Jillian explained to him.

"You came here in Japan without even a pocket money?" Roger laugh at her and she felt ashame but she prefer to say not a single word.

"If i lend you money.. how will you be able to pay me back?... Do you think we'll see each other again back to Britain?" Roger asked.
