Shen Yue's POV

"I'm going to go pray for a miracle..", my younger sister leaves to her room as soon as we get home.

A miracle is exactly what we needed... they said it could be a weeks...

It's only been a day so I can't really get my hopes up any way.

My phone rings and I check the caller id and see it's the hospital.

"Miss.Shen, we wanted to call you to inform you that .. your uncle, helped pay some of your mother's hospitalization bill, and also we wanted to inform you something regarding your mother", the nurse says.

I was prepared with the worse really at this point.

"So the chemotherapy she had been receiving hasn't been working on her lately and the doctor wanted to change it to a stronger one , but it is a bit more pricey than the other one"

Great... just what I needed. Now I need that money from being a surrogate.

"Well if the doctor recommends it then let's go with that one, how much would I need to pay right now?", I ask and rub the stress away from temples.. that was being to form.

"A deposit and then you can pay in payments of course, the deposit is 64,145 yuan", she informs me.

Shit... that was a lot of money... and I didn't even have that ... I had used all of our savings recently.

"How long do I have to put the deposit?"

"Two weeks , Miss.Shen"

"Thank you, I'll get in contact with you soon", I say before hanging up.

Please , God ... let someone pick me as their surrogate.

Later that day , I'm sitting with my sister eating lunch , when I get another call.

"Hello", I answer without looking at the caller ID.

"This is Doctor.Kimberly, I have exciting news!! And honestly I can't believe this happened .. no one ever gets picked this fast, but you've been selected to be someone's surrogate, Miss.Shen", she says excitedly.

My eyes widen and I set my fork down, which causes Wynter to look at me and mouth what's wrong to me.

"Oh my gosh, that's good news",I say excitedly.

"So we wanted to know when you were free to meet him", she asks.

Just him?... it wasn't a couple ...

"I'm free anytime expect Tuesday , Thursday and Sundays",I say.

"How does this Friday sound to you?"

"Perfect"

"Thank you, see you Friday... I'll send you his paperwork and his name is Dylan Wang and any other additional information will be in paperwork, have a nice rest of your day", she then hangs up.

"Well!", my sister asks.

"Someone wants me as their surrogate... maybe this absurd idea isn't so bad", I concurred.

"I know I suggested this but do you still want to go through it?",she asks checking again.. like she's done since I went through with it.

"I have to and honestly, I'm making someone happy by carrying their baby... well in this case .. I'm making Dylan Wang happy", I say the name of the guy I was going to carry a baby for.

"Dylan Wang?", my sister asks and her eyebrow raises in a questioning way.

"Did they send you information on him and a picture?"
