Hell

I once had light in my heart,
Until I burned myself on it.
So I froze it up to make me stop,
The flame needs to be found.
I lost it on my journey,
Once created it in my art.

I ran through hell,
And my hair shined bright.
I danced through hell,
Just on my bare feet.
I warmed up in hell,
Now tell me I'm weak again.

I'm feeling so cold inside,
I started to breathe ice.
When you can't find light,
Adapt to living in pitch black.
But I'm yearning for the warmth,
Please it's so damn cold inside.

I walked through hell,
Even if this was long ago.
I stumbled through hell,
I dragged my friends along.
I stayed in hell,
Because I couldn't see a way out.

I thought I'd never find the fire,
Which I so much desired.
It was deep inside the ice,
I believed it was gone for ever.
Now there are these scars,
The dark can't ever leave me.

I went through hell,
I wish I could forget.
I felt through hell,
And every second I hurt.
I cried in hell,
Because I was too weak.

I went through it, and I'll remember it for ever. Nothing can make the pain stop.
