Ryland left as soon as the bell rang, signaling second period.
I sighed in frustration, ran a hand through my wig, and walked through the school doors. This day is starting off great so far. Walking to my shoe locker, a familiar happy blonde popped out in front of me.
"Hey (Male Name)!" Zander greeted, waving.
I reached my shoe locker and opened it, Zander following behind me. I sent him a small smile before taking out my indoor shoes and putting my outdoor shoes away. I slid my feet into the shoes and closed my locker. I took another glance at Zander and notice his red clips in again. His purple eyes were full of excitement and adoration. It was cute. Suddenly, Zander shoved a bento in my face.
"Here! I made this for you since you liked my cooking the other day," He gushed, opening the bento box in front of me.
Then, Zander saluted with his other arm and stared at me with a huge smile.
"This here, M'am- Mister, is a (favorite food) dish completely made with love and affection," he shouted, getting some attention from people walking by.
I giggled at his silliness and took a good look at the food. It look so good, I wish it was lunch already. I grabbed the bento and put it in my bag.
"Thanks, Zander," I said in between my laugh.
This made Zander smile even harder. He then hooked his arm with mine and we started walking towards my classroom.
"Don't you have your classroom to go to?" I asked him, tilting my head.
He made a cute 'mhm' sound, gripping my arm tighter.
"Yeah, but my classroom is next to yours anyway. Hey, why weren't you here in first period?" He questioned, stopping the both of us and pulling me to the side of the hallway.
Our classrooms were close to where we were now. I guess I have time to tell him.
"I skipped to talk to-"
"Can (Male Name) (Last Name) come to the office?" The intercom blared in the hallway.
Some passing people turned to me in an amused way. Zander's expression turned pretty sour and confused. Never mind, I guess I'll tell him later.
I quickly waved him goodbye and started walking towards the principal's office. I'm pretty sure this is about his son- well- I hope it is. I don't think I did anything bad except skip a few periods, but they wouldn't care. Speaking of which, I hope Liam is okay. Is that weird? Yeah, he's an asshole, but then again he did save me.
I stood at the door of the principal and knocked to be respectful. I heard a small ,"Come in," before opening the door and walking in.
"Hello, (Last Name). You know Liam, my son, right?" The principal asked.
He was sitting on an expensive looking chair that actually looked like a throne. The desk he was sitting at was a dark mahogany with a blue mousepad and a high tech computer. His office has a huge aquarium with rare fishes and a beautiful sky roof which revealed the school garden. It was huge as well, roughly the size of two to three classrooms.
I snapped my attention back to the question at hand and nodded. The principal seemed serious and scary, but his blue eyes resembled Liam's which kind of calmed me. He too had blue hair, but a few gray hairs appeared and his hair was long, tied neatly into a low ponytail.
"He wants you to visit him at the hospital. There will be a limo for you outside," he stated, resting his face in the palm of his hand.
I nodded again, turning my heel to leave. Once I grabbed onto the door knob, he spoke again.
"Thank you for what you did."
I turned again and looked at him questioningly. If he was talking about the fight, I didn't do anything. He then sent me a small smile once he noticed my confused face.
"Liam hasn't acted like this in years! It's like he's a new person and he talks about you a lot. If you keep this up, I will recommend you to good colleges!" The Principal excitedly spoke, pressing his fingers on his cheeks in happiness.
I was surprised at the quick attitude change, but quickly regained my composure. The Principal kind of acts like Liam, but just not a douche. I sent him a big grin and waved him goodbye. I stepped out of the office and started thinking about it. Why would Liam want me to meet him at a hospital?
I walked to the front of the school and was greeted by a limo and a driver in a tuxedo.
"Miss (Your Name)?" The driver called out.
Liam must've told him my name, huh.
I nodded and the driver opened the door for me. I slipped into the limo as he closed it after me. Then, he entered it and turned back to me. He gripped onto the sliding window that separated me from him and gave me a grin.
"Master Liam said to take off your wig and change into the attire in the compartment below you," the driver directed.
He closed the sliding window so I had privacy and started driving. I opened the little drawer under my seat and grabbed the clothes in it. It was Liam's hoodie with the school's logo and his player number. It's Liam's basketball hoodie.
I looked underneath the hoodie and found a pair of sweatpants that matched the hoodie. Both of the pieces were oversized and way too big on me.
I unfolded the hoodie which made a small note fall out. I picked it up and read it in curiosity.
"Hey Kitten~
I always wondered what you would look like in my clothes.
I know you would look so adorable!
Have a safe drive, okay baby?
-Liam :)"
