Chapter Ten

I ran back home not caring if Jc or the guy's were chasing after me. I still can't believe Jc cheated on me. I finally arrived at the house and I realized Ashley wasn't there. What a great friend she is. I headed up to my room and made sure I locked the door so no one could come in. I sat on my bed and cried my eyes out for a good five minutes before I heard a knock on my door.

"What!?" I scream wiping away the tears from my eyes.

"It's Connor and Kian. Let us in!" Connor replied jiggling the door knob.

"No. Bye!"

I laid back on my bed and shut my eyes. Then I heard something that sounded like a door opening and I sat up and saw Connor standing there.

"How did you get in here?" I whisper.

"Well there's kind of a tunnel connecting our rooms but as I see it needs to be cleaned!" Connor laughed wiping the dust off of him.

"Sure..... what do you want anyways?"

"Oh yeah. I have proof Jc didn't cheat on you."

"Okay?"

Connor pulls out his phone and shows me a picture. It was me and Jc kissing and it was identical to the one Ashley showed me, except I was Lia.

"Ashley edited the picture," Connor explains.

"Why?" I ask standing up.

"She hates the fact that Jc is happy. She's been like that ever since Jc had his first girlfriend."

"Wow. I should probably go talk to Jc then."

"Yeah. I'll take the tunnel. And don't tell anyone about the tunnel!"

"Okay Cons!"

I watched Connor leave and then I left my room. I headed over to Jc's room and knocked lightly on his door. Jc opened the door and his eyes were red and puffy.

"Jc I'm so sorry! I overreacted. I shouldn't have believed that bitch. I should've known I could trust you. I feel like shit knowing I didn't believe you. Jc I'm sorry!" I said.

That's when I decided to burst into tears.

"Kate it's okay! Her editing skills are pretty sick. I would've believe her too. Kate I forgive you. I love you," Jc said whispering the last part.

"I love you too. Can we sleep?"

"That sounds great."

I laid down on Jc's bed and slid under his blankets. I felt Jc climb in and place his arm around me. I snuggled closer to him and shut my eyes. I can't believe he loves me even though I treated him like shit today. I kissed Jc, not opening my eyes and quickly fell asleep.
