Jc pulls into the tattoo places parking lot and I jump out of the car. I walk in and start to get a little nervous. But this is where Jc gets his tattoos so I hope it's a good place.
"Hello pretty lady how may I help you?" a big guy asks.
"Um I am interested in getting a tattoo." I reply putting my hands in my pockets.
"Okay. Let me get set up. I'll be back in five to ten minutes."
"Okay."
I sit on one of the leather chairs sitting against the wall. Jc comes in and takes a seat next to me. I grab his hand and lightly squeeze it. He looks into my eyes and knows I'm scared.
"Its okay babe. I'll be here the whole time." Jc says tapping his foot against the hardwood floor.
I just smile and look at the hallway the guy went down. He comes out and tells me to follow him. I stand up with Jc behind me and follow the guy back into a room with bright red walls.
"Take a seat here." The guy says motioning towards another leather chair.
"Okay." I reply taking a seat.
"So what would you like?"
"An infinity sign with the words to infinity and beyond in it."
"Okay I'll be back let me make a design."
"Okay."
I close my eyes and take a few deep breaths before opening my eyes. I see Jc looking at me and I slightly smile. Jc does the same back and we sit like that in silence before the guy comes back.
"Oh hey Jc. I didn't know you were here." the guys says pulling up a computer chair next to me.
"Hey Luke! Yeah I've been here the whole time." Jc replies.
"Okay. So miss I have your design done." Luke says showing me the design.
"I love it." I say smiling.
"Okay so I need you to take off any bracelets and relax your hand."
"Okay. Will this be painful?"
"I'm not going to lie at first yeah but after five minutes it won't hurt as much. By the way this will take about thirty minutes."
"Okay I'm ready."
I grab Jc's hand with my free hand and close my eyes. Luke puts the needle on my skin and I'm not going to lie I almost screamed but soon it didn't hurt much. After thirty minutes Luke told me I could look at my tattoo.
"I love it so much. Thank you Luke." I exclaim.
"No problem." Luke responds.
"How much?"
"Nothing it's on me?"
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Thanks Luke. I will be back."
"Haha okay bye guys."
"Bye."
Jc picks me up and takes me to the car. I smile and read the care instructions on the way home. The main one that really sucked said I couldn't go swimming for at least two weeks.
"Jc I'm tired. Let's go to bed!" I say hoping out of the car.
"Okay babe. That sounds great." Jc replies.
I walk into the house and head straight into my room and hop into bed. Jc comes in right after me and drapes his arm around my waist before we both fall asleep.
