I awoke on the roof, drenched in water. I slowly got up and pulled my shirt so it wasn't clinging to my body. Looking around I noticed Jc want there so I quickly scrambled down the ladder and into my room. Sure enough there was Jc wrapped like a burrito in my blankets. Now being the great fiance I am I ran downstairs and grabbed an ice cold bucket of water. After a little bit of struggle getting it up the stairs I proceeded to my room and dumped all of the water on Jc.
"KATE WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" Jc yelled.
"Really Jc? You left me in the rain on the roof."
"Oh yeah sorry about that."
"Mhmm sure."
"Kate I want to talk to you about something."
Immediately my heart started beating really fast. Taking a big gulp I calmed myself down and looked at Jc.
"About what?" I asked taking his hand.
"Well I was wondering if we could adopt a child after our wedding."
He did it. He dropped the question I have been so nervous to ask.
"Yes we can. We'll do it the day after our wedding."
"Really Kate!?"
"Yes Jc."
