Chapter Fifteen

I awoke to the sound of my phone vibrating. I saw It was a text from my mom. Mom?

happy birthday Kate! sorry I'm not there to see you but you're better off wherever you are with people that care about you cuz I didn't!! bye.

Well that text didn't go as I wanted it to. I deleted the message not bothering to reply. I got up and headed downstairs where I saw Jc sitting on the couch with leftover bacon. I looked at Jc and remembered about last night. I'm going to be engaged!

"Hey babe!" Jc said smiling at me.

"Hola!" I replied.

"I'm taking you out today!"

"Yay!"

I hopped up off the couch and decided to get ready. I flew up the stairs and threw my clothes I was wearing off and put on my mint green swimsuit top on along with my black bottoms. I then put on my high waisted shorts and black crop top. I did a diagonal French braid. I decided I would just wear no make up. I threw on a pair of black flip flops and decided in changing my phone case to a black one that had a colorful tiger on it. I ran back downstairs and see Jc still sitting on the couch.

"Jc when are we leaving?" I ask sitting next to him.

"At 4:30!" Jc replied getting up.

I glanced at the clock and saw it was only 12:30. I sat on the couch deciding on what I should do. Then it popped into my head. MAKE A YOUTUBE VIDEO! I ran upstairs into my room and locked the door behind me. I pulled out my camera that I got from Sam and then I pulled out the tripod Trevor bought me. I put it all together and decided I would just make a video on what to do when you live with guys since I live with like twenty million of them. I turned on my camera and started recording.

"Hey guys! Its Kateeeeeeeee!" I said looking at the camera.

I started talking and then I heard my door open. I saw Connor walk in.

"Make sure you lock your door too! And put a chair up so this doesn't happen! Anyways thanks for watching guys. I love you all so much. BYEEEEEEEEE!" I ended the video and motioned for Connor to sit next to me.

"What's up?" I ask.

"Um well I don't know. I just wanted to say hi. BYEEEEE!" Connor got up and left making me giggle.

I edited my video and uploaded it to YouTube. I glanced at my clock and saw it was 4:25. OMG MY DATE WITH JC! I slammed my laptop shut and ran down the stairs.

"Ready?" I heard Jc say scaring me.

"Yeah! Where are we going?" I ask letting my curiosity take over.

"The carnival!"

"Great! LEGOOOOO!"

Jc lead me out of the house and we deciding on walking to the carnival since it was two minutes away. When we arrived I was in heaven. They had a ton of games to play! I took Jc's hand and I lead him over to the ring toss game. Jc ended up winning me a stuffed Yoshi and we went and played more games. After about two hours of playing games Jc pulled me to the beach. We walked along the shoreline splashing each other occasionally.  Then Jc stopped by the most beautiful part of the beach. He got down on one knee and looked at me. I smiled.  He then continued to tie his shoe. He stood up again and looked at me.

"Wait I forgot something!" he said getting back down on one knee.

"Kate, I love you so so so much! And I was wondering if you would do the honor of being Mrs. Kate Caylen (Castillo)?" Jc then pulled out a gorgeous diamond ring out of his back pocket.

Was I even ready for this?
