EXTRA CLACE CHAPTER

❗❗This is an extra chapter of my ff Let's Dance for all Clace fans. They deserve a whole chapter to see how they make up after their fight.❗❗

Here he sat getting eaten up by all the gulit and anger on himself. The last few weeks Jace was trying to figure out how much the truth affected him and his future life. He came to the conclusion that it didn't affect him at all a few days ago because the longer he thought about it the more he realized he couldn't change the past. He couldn't change what his mother did but he could change his future. He had to apologize for everything he did to Clary and he had to do that soon because this break up was breaking him more on each day. He had to process the fact at first that he would actually be a father and he could kick his own ass for hurting Clary so much but he was an impulsiv person. Today Jace was just done with drowning in self pitty and he wanted to take his future in his own hand. He got up from his bed and rushed down the stairs after he took the little box from his desk. "I gotta do something really important, don't worry I'll be back." Jace explained in a hurry when he passed his father who was just on his way upstairs and looked a little confused at him but shrugged. Jace took his car and drove to the only person he wanted to see right now and he had to be honest...he had never been so nervous like in that moment. He spend the last few days thinking about what he should say and made a speech in his head already, hoping he would success. Clary was sitting on the couch watching Love Rosi for the 100th time now and a long sigh escaped her lips. "I will end like her...but without and happyend." She mumbled under her breath placing a hand on her belly and smiled weakly. "Doesn't matter. We don't need him...we will be our own little family, right?" Clarry asked not expecting to get an actual answer but she felt tears burning in her eyes. She really loved Jace and she never thought she would lose him so the break up was really damn painful. Before she could start to cry tho the door rang and she took a deep breath pushing all the pain away. She slowly got up from the couch and made her way to the front door regretting to open it in the second she saw who it was. When she saw who it was she quickly wanted to close the door again but the person put a foot in the doorway so it couldn't close. "What do you want, Jace?" Clary asked with a bitter voice but actually she only wanted to throw herself in his arms. She didn't saw him since the day in the restaurant which was almsot 4 weeks agao and she had to admit he looked terrible. The man in front of her looked almost like a diffrent person and he was thinner than she remembered. "Please let us talk...I own you an explanation." Jace begged with pleading eyes and Clary really wanted to stay strong but after all she loved him. She was pretty surprised that Jace showed up and he seemed to change his mind about everything. Even after everything he did she couldn't see him so broken and she could at least listen to him. "You have 5 minutes." Clary answered annoyed having a really hard time to keep tears out of her eyes and Jace was relieved. He didn't expect her to let him talk after all he did so he was really thankful for it. "I know what I did is unforgivabel and I was acting like a total jerk but I was scared. A few months ago dad told me the truth about the fire in our house and at first I was doing okay but then you grew more distant to me...I though you were cheating on me. I was scared to turn insane like she did and I was scared to lose my mind..." Jace had a perfect speeched planned in his head but now as he stood in front of Clary everything was just gone and the words just fell out of his mouth. Clary wasn't really getting it and couldn't see the red string but she could see how Jace was struggling. "What do you mean? Who is her and what is about the fire?" Clary asked her voice more softer and Jace took a deep breath. "My mom thought my dad was cheating and she couldn't bare the thought of losing him so she set the house on fire because in death we would all be together." Jace answered his voice slightly shaking and Clary gasped. She couldn't believe what Jace mom did and she slowly got Jaces worries but still this wasn't enough as an apology. " Look this doesn't matter for me anymore and it isn't a reason for my behavior. I love you so much, Clary and I was so scared to lose you or even worse. I was so scared to become like her so I broke up. Now I know how damn stupid I was and how lucky I was to have you. When you told me that you were pragnent I was hurt...I was hurt because I thought you didn't trust me enough to talk with me. I was hurt that you hid that from me but I get it now...damnit I get so many things now. I realized that I will never be able to change what my mom did but I'm able to change me. I am able to change my future and I want to do it now. I came here because I wanted to tell you that I love you and that I want you and my child in my life. You and the child are my future." Jace tried to find the right words but he just let his heart speak for him and a loud gasp left Clarys lips when Jace knelt down in front of her. Her heart was beating just as fast as Jaces and she covered her mouth with her hands. "You are my future, Clary Fairchild. So would you please marry me and make me to the happiest person on this world?" Jace asked feeling like hours passed before Clary finally answered. Clary looked down at him and to be honest she didn't need to think about it. She knew the answer and the answer was yes. "Yes...oh my god...Jace, of course I want to!." She cried keenling down in front of him and kissing him. Jace felt like a stone fell from his heart and tears started to fall down on both sides. He couldn't believe she said yes and he slipped the ring on her finger not breaking the kiss. Jace made many mistakes but Clary loved him and she wouldn't love him really if she didn't forgive him them. "I love you." She whispered almost cried against his lips and Jace chuckled but cried too. "I love you too...so much." He answered before he kissed here again.|| Clace proposal and how they make up. I think they really deserve that part in my ff.
