The right moment

Alec was laying on his stomach half on the top of Magnus and his head was snuggled in the gap between Magnus shoulder and neck. They stayed outside for a pretty long time and just talked about everything but about what happened. Each time Magnus tried to talk about it Alec quickly found a better topic and Magnus just let him. Magnus knew sooner or later they had to talk about it but they would talk about it only when Alec was ready and no matter how much time this took Magnus would wait. Alec was only wearing boxers so did Magnus and to be honest Alec really liked to feel Magnus skin on his right now. Magnus was caressing Alecs back with the tip of his fingers  and with the other hand he stroked Alecs arm that rested over his chest. Alecs hand was above Magnus heart  and the steady heartbeat calmed him down. "Did you think about forgiving Jadon?" Alec asked with a quiet voice sounding like he was almost asleep but Magnus knew he was wide awake. What happened tonight made Alec tired but the thoughts in his head wouldn't allow him to sleep. Magnus also knew why Alec was asking him this question and Magnus sighed slightly. Alec asked him that because the situation was pretty similar since Jadon was his best friend. Jadon betraied Magnus in a worse way than Robert lied to Alec but both had a good reason. "I thought a lot about it. I tried to think about all the terrible things he did and even tried to hate him but after everything he is my best friend. I guess I already forgave him but I first need to forget the pain before we can get back together." Magnus answered after he thought about it for a few seconds and Alec peaked up at him. "How did you do that? How could you forgive him?" Alec asked with a small frown on his forehead and Magnus smiled lightly at him. "I guess when you love a person really much you will always forgive them. They have a spot in your heart and you will always keep it free for them so when you forgive them it's like   they are home again after a long long time." Magnus wasn't really sure if Alec understood his answer but Alecs weak smile told him he did. "That sounds really poetic." Alec answered before he snuggled with his head back to his earlier position. "Your Dad...loves you, Alexander. He did everything to protect you and I don't think he will never forgive himself that he couldn't save you back then...everything he does just helps him a little to feel less guilty." Magnus told Alec and even Alec knew that already it still hurt because he never wanted his dad to feel that way. He was angry at his dad but he still loved him and he didn't want his dad to feel guilty for something that wasn't his fault. "Just like Jackson wants to make up for the things his brother did." Magnus added thinking about the young man that was in this mess too. "William destroyed so much and now he can't even take the consequences. Sometimes I just want him to be here so I can yell at him...tell him what a monster he is. He destroyed my life...he destroyed Jacobs life and  even he is dead now it won't stop." Alec was so mad about everything and he wished he could travle back in time but there was no possibility for that. "He didn't destroy it...not completely. Jacob has a family with Noah. Jackson will process all the lies and find his peace. You have me and the best way to get justice now is to live the life like you want, Alexander." Magnus answered knowing that this wasn't over and there was still a long way to go but for right now this had to be enough. "What if I wake up on morning and you aren't here anymore?" Alec asked feeling like breaking down only thinking about it because he wouldn't bare to lose Magnus. "You will never have to wake up like that. I promise you that whatever happens from now on I'll stay by your side and never leave it." Magnus answered and in this monent he suddenly realized that this was the moment. This was actually the moment he was waiting for "Move in with me...//tbc Will Alec say yes? 😨😨❤❤❤😨❤
