Eunjin’s POV

“Hey, it’s me,” someone said. I opened my eyes and saw Taemin beside me with a worried expression on his face. “What’s wrong? Are you ok?” he asked.

“Yah!” I yelled at him. “Don’t ever do that again.” I told him although he didn’t really do anything. It was me who was being all scared over nothing.

His lips curved into a smile. I guess he already figured it out. “Aren’t you feeling hot?”

“Of course I do. Isn’t it obvious? I’m sweating.” I snapped at him. I’m still angry at him for scaring me. He started tugging at the blankets trying to get it off me but I pulled it harder trying to stop him. “Leave me alone.”

“Fine. You can stay here alone and get swarmed with ghosts.” He said before standing up and preparing to leave. I knew he was purposely trying to scare me and it worked. I grabbed his arm preventing him from leaving.

“Y-you can stay here with me if you want.” I said hoping I didn’t sound so clingy.

“But I don’t want to stay.” He replied and I knew he was teasing me.

“Stay.” I ordered without letting go of his arm.

“Say please,” he insisted.

I opened my mouth and closed it again. He really is an impossible guy. I swallowed my pride and said, “P-please stay.” I let out a sigh of relief when he lay down and settled himself beside me. He tugged at the blankets again, “What are you doing?” I asked him.

“If you don’t get this off you’ll be covered in sweat.” He said but I didn’t listen and just held the blankets tighter. Regardless Taemin still managed to get it off me since he was pulling with a much stronger force than I do.

After he managed to get it off, he wrapped his arms around me. “See? This feels better.” It does and I have to admit that having him around distracted me which made me forget about ghosts and other scary things. After a while I fell asleep with Taemin still holding me in his arms.

Taemin’s POV

I didn’t manage to get any sleep the entire night. My arm feels numb after hours of being Eunjin’s pillow but it’s ok. The only problem is that being near Eunjin and yet doing nothing but lay down is a very difficult thing for a man like me.

When Eunjin woke up I saw how her face turned from confusion to surprise. When she realized she spent the entire night with me she immediately sat up and moved a couple of meters away from me but not far enough for me to pull her back in my arms if I wanted to.

“Good morning,” I greeted her with a smile. I reached for her arm and pulled her back in a lying position beside me. In an instant she was back in my arms and she couldn’t do anything about it.

“Let’s stay like this for a while,” I told her. She didn’t say anything so I guess she agrees.

“Taemin…”

“Hmmm?”

“This feels good.”

I chuckled. “Yeah, it does.” After a while I decided to give her a moment alone. “I’ll go first.” I said.

“Ok” she replied. I stood up and prepared to leave. I guess I still have some explaining to do with my hyungs. They should have known I spent the entire night with Eunjin. And I wasn’t mistaken. They kept asking me what happened the night before. Apparently they didn’t believe me when I told them nothing happened.
