Once the cafe was spic and span, both males put the cleaning products back into the cupboard at the back of the cafe. "So you're okay to start working next Monday, right?" Baekhyun nodded as he set the last spray on the shelf. "Of course! I'm quite excited honestly, it's my first job and I get to work with a friend!" Baekhyun's little face lit up with such a precious smile, Chanyeol couldn't help but smile himself.
Chanyeol unlocked the front door holding it open for Baekhyun, like the chivalrous gentleman he is, who muttered a small 'thank you'. "Do you wanna come to my place for a bit?" Baekhyun questioned the taller. "Uh, yeah, okay." The giant smiled slightly before exiting the cafe and locking the door behind him.
Baekhyun walked down the street as the giant took large strides next to him. "Chanyeol, do you like Taeyeon?" The giant looked up from the pavement, "Not really. She seemed more like a friend to me honestly, I didn't really like her as much more than that." Baekhyun nodded, processing the information.
"I really don't know what to do Chanyeol."
"What do you mean?"
"I still love her, I mean, I spent three years with her."
"Baekhyun, I wouldn't go back to her, who knows, she might just cheat on you again. She might be even worse the next time she cheats." Chanyeol intertwined his fingers with Baekhyun's, like he had done when going to the cafe. "I don't think she would Channie." Baekhyun's answer came out mumbled as he stared at the floor due to his heated face, caused by Chanyeol's fingers mixed with his.

Baekhyun looked up to see the giant looking at him worriedly, the sadness and worry in Chanyeol's voice made his heart beat faster, like the first time Taeyeon and he kissed. "Okay Channie, I promise, as long as you never leave me." Chanyeol looked at the small puppy boy and he smiled his toothy grin. "I promise lil' pup." Baekhyun smiled as a zoo infiltrated his stomach at Chanyeol's new nickname for him.
They reached Baekhyun's complex within a few minutes, after their small chat. The rest of their walk was filled with stolen glances from love filled eyes that both were unaware they had.

Baekhyun pressed the bell off the apartment complex, the double doors slowly opened and Baekhyun entered the lobby of his complex. He dragged Chanyeol into the elevator and pressed the fourth floor.
Once the elevator doors opened, Baekhyun guided Chanyeol to his apartment, C26. Baekhyun unlocked the door and waited for Chanyeol to enter before he entered himself.
Baekhyun hung his keys up on the small hook by his entrance before taking his shoes off and walking into the entrance of his living room where he found Chanyeol looking at his baby pictures. "You looked so cute Baekkie~!", Chanyeol turned around to show Baekhyun what photo he was talking about. It was a photo of him when he was four where his older brother was hugging him. "I mean, not much has changed, you're still cute." Baekhyun blushed for the 100th time this day.
