It was about 5 am right now and I was getting ready to head to the hospital.

It was my 2nd year being the head of Konoha hospital and it was a lot of work but worth it.

Many people thought I was too young, being only 18, I could understand that but no one could doubt my skills.

I've unlocked the hundredth seal and is almost as good as Tsunade at medical ninjutsu and combat.

I slipped on my heals as my pink hair flew freely behind me.

I rushed out the door with my bag.

Before I went to the hospital, I always had to go to the Yamanaka flower shop for some flowers.

I got extra this morning since kakashi was on a mission.

"Morning, Anika." I smile as I placed camellias on her grave. This was my best friends grave, she died during a mission. I blamed myself for the longest time, sometimes I still do. "I wish you were here. Life is great, I got a boyfriend and Sakura will be graduating the academy soon." I stood there for a few minutes talking to her before going to the others.

"He misses you, Rin-Chan. He still gets nightmares when I'm with him but they're not as often anymore." I placed white lilies in the vase beside her grave.

"Obito." I mumbled placing a few lilies on his grave. I was pretty close with him, he always treated me to dangos and Onigiri when I was younger. Kakashi blames him for my Onigiri obsession. He was like my big brother, until he died on mission when I was 7. "I miss you." I mumbled.

"Sukumo. Kakashi misses you, I wish I could've met you. The way kakashi talks about you, it reminds me of my own father. You're not a goofy of course but, he says you were an amazing dad."

Finally, I place a small bouquet of flowers on his grave before walking to the hospital.

When I walked in, I threw on my white coat on top of my black buttoned up shirt that was tucked into my blue jeans.

I let my hair hand loosely behind me as I lowered my glasses, reading my patients chart.

My black pointed toe heels clicking the floor as I walked into the room.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Haruno. I will be working on you case from now on." I smiled. In the room there was an elderly woman with her daughter holding her hand on the side.

"You look too young to be a doctor, my mother is sick! I need the best one you have." The woman said.

"Mrs. Tanaka, I am the head of the hospital and unfortunately your mothers case is worsening and has been transferred to me. I will try my best but I can't promise anything." I lifted my glasses up onto my head and did a exam on her mother.

"Mrs. Satou, How are you feeling today? Better? Worse?" I asked as I listen to her heard beat and took her temperature.

"I feel just fine. It's just at night I have trouble breathing and it hurt."

"Sorry about that, unfortunately with the experimental drugs we gave you have side effects but it seems like the one we're giving you right now is working." I smiled, I helped her sit up with pillows behind her back. "I'll be back to check on you, if you need anything press the button and a nurse will either call me or will give you whatever you need, Okay?" I smiled, she nodded. I lifted my hand from her shoulder before walking away.

"Dr. Haruno! We got word that a team is seriously injured from a mission and is 10 minutes out!" One of the nurses yelled, I sighed. This happened way to much.
