"What's the status on patients 2, 7 and 28?" I asked my intern.

"Patient 2 is stable and is in post-ops, patient 7 is in the ICU with Dr. Saki monitoring his heart functions and 28 is back in surgery for a brain bleed."

I signed off on the charts and handed it back to her.

"Dr. Suku will be in charge during my absence, I want an intern and resident with at least 3 patients at all times. This ambush attack has gotten us in shambles."

"Yes, ma'am. Oh- please give Naruto-Kun Congratulations!" She smiled before walking away. I scoffed laughing as I sighed off at my remaining charts.

"Mom!" I heard, I looked to see my two sons, Obito Kizashi Hatake who's 16 and Sakumo Aishi Hatake who's 12. I smile giving them a hug.

"I bet you're excited to skip training and go to the ceremony." I said as I ruffled Obito's sliver hair. An exact copy of his father.

He sighed into his mask and stuffed his hands into his pockets, his onyx eyes having that lazy gaze that kakashi always had.

"The trainers have been on my ass lately. Saying I rely too much on my natural skill, I'm going to fall behind if I don't keep training blah blah blah." I smiled at him as I rolled my eyes.

"Sakumo, did you finish your assignments this morning?" I asked my youngest son. He nodded. He had dusty pink hair and Kakashi's eyes, he was one of those kids who girls had crushes on and he did well in school.

Our sons were smart, they don't try hard, lazy, everything like Kakashi.

But Sakumo was my carbon copy, he wanted to be a medical ninja, reserved, quick witted and had common sense, something most people surprisingly missed.

"Mama!" I looked up to see my daughter in Kakahsi's arms.

I walked over to them, taking her out of his arms and kissing her cheeks.

She had my pink hair and my eyes, she was adorable. Wearing a little white dress with some red clips in her curly hair.

I kissed her cubby cheeks as she squealed and giggled.

"Hi little girl," I cooed. "Michiyo, hows my little girl!"

She smiled, ducking her head onto my shoulders.

"Hi kashi," I said kissing my husband. "How was the day with the kids, or morning I should say."

"Easy. Akiara, we have been blessed with kids who listen."

"I know, though I'm not sure this one might be a listener." I laughed, kakashi places his hand on my slightly bulging stomach. I was 6 months pregnant and barley no one knew, due to my small frame, my belly was always tiny when I got pregnant.

"How is our baby girl?"

"Behaving, not punching my bladder while I treated my patients."

"That's good." He said as he gave me a bag and took Michiyo from my arms.

"Okay, I need to change." I kissed my daughter and kakashi before running to the bathroom and changing.

I put on a pair of black jeans and heels and tuck in the white jacket we got into the jeans.

I fixed my hair that was still in a bob, it was in a side part and sleek straight.

I put on some lipstick and eyeliner.

I walked out of the bathroom and rushed the others out.

Once we were there, we caught up with Sakura and Sarada.

"Ohiyo, Auntie Sakura, Sarada-chan." Obito and Sakumo said.

"Ohiyo, Auntie Akiara, Uncle Kakashi, Obito-kun, Sakumo-kun. Hello, Michiyo-chan!" Sarada smile at her little cousin.

"Is Sasuke unable to come home?" I asked Sakura, she nodded sadly.

"He and Itachi-san send their congratulations but with all the villages most power all in one place, he fears adding two more sharingan holders will definitely bring an attack." I sighed.

"Of course, I wish he was here. We haven't seen him in years, only Obito has met him."

"Hai, Sarada asks about him all the time."

"Don't worry, Sarada will someday understand."

"I hope so." She mumbled before greeting Ino and inojin.

"Kakashi, you should go up. It's almost time." I said, he placed our 3 year old daughter on the floor, Obito taking her hand.

I helped him put on his cloak and hat before we went up.

We all cheered as "Naruto" took off his hat and declared himself as the seventh hokage.

"Even though your not actually here. You accomplished your dream, Naruto. We all knew you could do it."
