Today was Lee's surgery and Tsuna requested me to join her.

I've done the procedure once and that was good enough for her.

"Lee, we're going to put you to sleep now, Okay? And after this, your leg should be better." I smiled. He grinned before the nurse put his mask off and put the anesthetic on.

"Ready?" I asked her. She nodded.

We cut open his leg and started.

Hour 6.

We were done, his team was outside the whole time. Ten-Ten fell asleep on Neji as he ate a bag of chips.

"It was successful." We smiled. They smiled and Gai screamed, cheering and smiling.

"Shhh!! Patients are sleeping." I laughed. A sharp pain hit me on my head. I stumbled and Tsuna caught me.

"Are you okay? Didn't you eat?" She asked.

"I ate before the surgery." I mumbled. "I'll just go get a cup of coffee. Maybe that'll help." I said as I went to the break room. Supporting myself as white flashed, my eyes unused to it.

I fell back and all I could see was darkness and voices fading in and out.

"S...So... I'm not human anymore..?" I said. My voice trembling.

"No, you're completely normal but there's something else. Other than your many chakra natures, it appears to be a midnight blue and white. It's like chakra but... it attaches itself to your vocal chords and your brain. I think it's what made your hundredth seal and your medical chakra white." Tsunade sat beside me, holding my hand as Kakashi and the jounin, my parents along with the teams stood.

"When my grandfather was hokage, he had a sister that no one knew of. Half sister really, same father different mothers and that is the Haruno descendant. She was his best friend and sister no matter what others thought or said. This makes you and the few of you that are Haruno's my family." She said looking at us. "We are the last few standing Senju's but.. after she had a family and Peace was declared in Konohagakure, something changed. She had the exact same chakra natures as you and later on, she unlocked the wind."

She stopped looking at me.

"She showed the same midnight blue and white... thing flowing inside of you and she used it to hurt people. People who hurt her.. with her voice.
Akiara, you have this power. You're the the Celestial Goddess's descendent, you're the child that my grandfather predicted would help save the world with the child of the prophecy."

My eyes widened. It was dead silent.

"Tsuna, that's a lot to take in..." I whispered.

"I'm sorry, but I had to explain this to you." She said.

"I'm-we're related? So.. you're like my cousin? The first and second are my great-uncles?"

"Yes. You and Sakura are descendent of the Senju's as well. The last ones."

My eyes met with Sakura's green ones. She was surprised but when she saw me, her eyes narrowed and looked away.

"So what? I sing and kill people?" I said, scoffing at the thought.

"Yes and no.. she had her own special songs she sang. I think you'll have your own, all her songs came from her emotions. Her voice lures victim and hypnotizes them, and when they're close enough. She kills them, though she only targets people, it's never... whoever hears it will be lured. She picks people."

"So.. I have powers?"

"She was described as one of the strongest women of all time, only to be surpassed by her descendants."

My sighed.

"What now? Can I still practice medicine? Or will my powers make me a tool of Konohagakure? To fight their fights and win wars?"

"No, not if I can do anything about it. I won't let you become and item, I won't let them use you. This becomes a secret, you all are forbidden to talk about this to anyone who isn't in this room and if anyone else figures it out because you were careless and talked about this in public, you'll be punished." Her eyes narrowed at everyone.

"Understood?" She said.

"Yes, ma'am." They all said.

"I need to leave but I think it will be best if you try mastering this new power." Tsuna said as she walked out and slammed the door shut.

"I'm not letting you become a tool like Itachi was, they'll have to kill me before they get to you." Sasuke whispered to me. I smiled softly.

"Thank you."

"So, Akiara-Chan! You're like super strong, right?!" Naruto beamed, jumping up and down.

"I guess, I still have to master this or it'll be useless."

"You know, I read that when you do master this. You change, like your appearance. You will either get a white outfit or a midnight blue one depending on your emotion or if you choose." Neji added.

"That's... information." I mumbled.

"Once you're out of the hospital, we're going to fight! I'll become stronger than you, believe it!" Naruto yelled.

"Why don't you and Sasuke spar, it seems like you did. On the roof of my hospital and almost killed each other, smart move." I said rolling my eyes as the two glared at each other.

"But seriously, a little competition never hurt anyone. The team that gets the strongest gets to fight me, I'll probably master my power before then so.. train hard."

"Okay!!" The genin yelled excitedly before saying goodbye and leaving.

"Oh, you just made it harder on us to train them." Asuma groaned.

"Oh shut it. You men are so lazy, Gai' the only one who ran out to train with his team. Now, bye bye. Train them so I don't accidentally kill them." I laughed, kakashi placed a small masked kiss on my forehead before walking out lazily, getting Sakura to follow him.

"I'm related to the hokage........?" My dad mumbled. I laughed at his expression. He was shocked, sitting against the wall while my mother tried to snap him back into reality. I laughed.

This shouldn't change anything. I won't let it change anything.
