The Last Time (part three)

part three to the last two bonus chapters.

-back at the village-

"What do you mean she escaped?!" Naruto yelled at the ANBU,

"Akiara Haruno escaped. We heard her talking to someone but when we went to see what was happening, she was gone."

"What did you expect? You put the most dangerous person in the history of the ninja world in a prison with a measly seal." An elder spat.

"There will be a war placed upon us for one measly girl who couldn't keep in because of your personal feelings."

"She's a mother, I thought she would stay in there because she would want to see her children again."

"You lost my wife?" They all looked up to see kakashi standing there.

"Kakashi- sen—"

"You put my wife in prison and lost her?!" Within seconds, Kakashi's hands were around Naruto's shirt, lifting him off the ground.

"That man raped her while she was alone in the forest! Because this village, where she called her home was scared of her! Where do you stand putting her in that prison where another disgusting bastard hurt her?!"

"6th hokage! Let go of him." An elder spoke firmly.

"And where do you two get off thinking you know everything, thinking that my wife, the head of the most successful hospital in the great five nations, our most powerful ninja, a mother to 4 amazing children who will now never see their mother again, is a threat to Konohagakure! Use you're senses before you come hurting my family!" And with that Kakashi stormed out of the office.

Kakashi sat on the rooftop, looking over the whole village. The village that once held a significance in his life but now was dull and he couldn't care less to what happened to it.

He clutched the letter Akiara wrote him, it was closed off with a pin that had the Hatake clan symbol on it, she always wore it after she came out of the shower on in her messy buns while doing her charts.

His trembling hands opened the letter.

"I never wanted to write this letter but it seems that the world hates us together, somethings always wedging between us. I know you're probably hurting, we all are but just know I'm safe, I'm with Itachi and Sasuke, I'm helping them gather intel on some new threat. Please, take care of the kids and tell them that I love them everyday and that I wish so badly I could be there for them and that it's not anyone's fault that I am now rouge but mine.
Take care of yourself, Kakashi. You didn't lose me, this isn't some failure you can add to the list of people you lost. It's simply goodbye for now.

I love you, I really do.

I'll try and send letters and please if you could take pictures of the kids and send them to me. I really miss you guys.

Again, I love you, I love our kids and I thank you for the past 20 years with you, it was amazing.

He saw the tear stains that left on the piece of paper, his heart clenching as he imagined her crying while writing this letter.

He rested his head in his hands, crying.

"Leave me alone, Sakura. Please." He said, feeling the presence of his sister in law.

"Kakashi-sensei, no. Akiara was the glue that held us togerher and now that she's gone, I'm going to try and keep us from tearing each other apart until we find her and bring her back."
