I worked 48 hour shifts to fix every mistake in the hospital that people had made when I was in a coma.

I sat at the breakfast table, today was my only day off for the week so I was going to spend it with Kakashi and the genin and take a good nights rest.

"Good morning Sakura." I said as she ignored me and ate her breakfast. I rolled my eyes at her childishness. Whatever I did that made her mad, she was using the silent treatment.

"If you're mad at me, better get it out now since I'm going to train with you guys." I said grabbing my dishes and placing them in the sink before I went to go change.

------

I arrived an hour late. Well I didn't have a time frame to join them, I just did.

"Sasuke." I said, he walked over with his hands in his pocket. I gave him the scroll that held information on the mascaraed. "Here. It's the scroll, read it when you get back to your apartment." I smiled before walking to Kakashi. I plucked the book out of his hands.

"Akiara, great." He mumbled, his eyelids low and looking lazy.

"Aren't you supposed to be watching your students train?" I asked.

"I am." He answered, I raised my eyebrow at him. "Partly." He mumbled grabbing his book back. I sighed as I rolled my eyes.

"Come. Let's practice our combination jutsu's." I smiled pulling him into the forest.

----

We sat down, exhausted by the training. The genin has went home an hour ago and we let them.

"Wanna go back to my place?" Kakashi asked.

"Sure." I said out of breath. He chuckled before picking my up bridal style and we dashed off to his apartment.

-----

"Come on! That isn't true." I rolled my eyes at him, staring at him boredly while eating my rice balls.

"Don't look at me like that." He grumbled.

"I'm right, you're wrong. Shut up." I said as I took another bite.

"But it isn't true." He countered.

"Right, you read porn in public, around children but refuse to hold hands with me in public. Face it, you're scared of commitment. You have to fully commit to being in a relationship when we make our relationship known."

"I'm not and I'll prove it. It's just so much work explain to everyone who will come up to me and ask about us. Oh! You're dating Akiara Haruno? Oh, isn't she your students elder sister? Are you sure she's right for you? It's annoying when people question the person you date."

"So we going public?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"Yes we are, tomorrow. I'm going to meet you at the hospital tomorrow and I'll show everyone we're dating and that we've been dating for 2 years."

"I'll hold you to it."
------

I wish I never challenged him.

I was working at the hospital, doing some charts when Kakashi came up behind me and kissed me for all my co-workers to see. AND THE WORST PART WAS THAT TSUNA WALKED IN AND SCREAMED SO NOW TSUNA KNOWS ABD ALWAYS TEASES ME.

"Told you I'm not afraid of commitment." He whispered before pulling up his mask.

My beet red face glared at him.

"This is where I work! You can't just do that." I mumbled, scolding him.

"Heh, at least everyone knows we're an item." He chuckled before proofing off, letting me deal with the embarrassment.

"What are you all looking at?! Get back to work!" I said before running to the washroom to cool my face down.

------

I opened the door and immediately was bombarded with questions by my parents.

"Where did you meet?"
"Is he hurting you?"
"Is he nice?"
"Is he taking you away from me?"
"What does he look like under that mask?"
"Why are you dating Sakura's sensei?"
"Are you using protection? I don't want grandchildren yet-"

"Stop it! You're stressing me out!" I laughed. "Has it gotten out this far already?" I said as I slipped off my shoes.

"We're just so happy for you! It seemed like you never had a boyfriend cause you were so invested in medical ninjutsu."

"Mom, I had many boyfriends. I brought like 3 home remember? You met them."

"But that was when you were 14-16! Plus they never lasted."

"Can I kill him?" My dad asked holding my gun.

"Dad! Be carful with that, you don't know how to use it!" I said rushing to get it out of his hands.

"But he's taking my little girl away from meeeeee-!" He said, Gai and Lee style tears coming out. I sweatdropped and backed away.

"I Though Sakura was your little girl." I giggled.

"She's my baby girl. And will be for a loongggg time. She's not allowed to date until she twenty." He declared making my mom and I laugh.

"I doubt she's going to follow that rule, she has a pretty big crush on Sasuke." My mom said comforting my dads depressed stage.

"I'm going to bed, I have work tomorrow." I smiled before running upstairs.

"Hey Sakura." I smiled seeing her come out of the bathroom. She ignored me, glaring at me intensely before walking to her room and slamming it shut. Okay, now I really want to know what I did to her.

-------

I woke up to a knocking at my window, I opened my eyes groggily and saw Sasuke there.

I opened it.

"Sasuke, it's 4 am." I whispered. He held out the scroll.

"I...I can't sleep.. I can't believe the leaf village made him do that." He said. His hands turning into fists.

"Hey.." I whispered. "I'm not proud of it either but they were going to declare war on us and kill anyone in the way. Itachi knew that and didn't want you to grow up in the world he did." I said, my hind bringing his chin up to look at me.

His dark eyes held tears. My eyes softened.

"So.., Itachi is a spy for the leaf? In the Akatsuki?" He asked. I nodded, smiling.

"He put up an act when you fought him. I'm sure it killed him to even lay a finger on you. He loved you so much, Sasuke. He still does." He sat on my bed.

"Is this the part where you lecture me about bonds and I gotta keep them strong?" He laughed quietly.

"No, I'm sure I've drilled it into your head enough." I giggled kissing his forehead.

"Just remember, it's not your fault, it's not the villages fault, it's not ltachi's fault. It's the fault of the creek world and the power hungry beings." He nodded before wrapping his arms around my torso slightly.

I smiled hugging him. I pulled away to see his blushing face.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Get a goods night rest." I smiled as he went to my window and leaped away.

"Itachi... he's getting stronger but... I think no matter what, he's going to come after you. But I'll keep my promise. I'll look after him for as long as I can..."
