A/N: none of these bonus chapters are really in any order, they're just events that happened during the time skips.
I ran around the hospital helping anyone I could, there had been an ambush a few hours out of the gates and they were all rushed here.
Sakura was now my right hand woman, almost becoming my 2nd head of the hospital.
"Get cardio and get him to surgery right away, this man has pneumothorax."
As I ran around the hospital, I saw Shizune walking towards me. I ordered the others to continue treatment as I spoke.
"Lord— Sorry, Kakashi needs to speak to you about tonight." I flipped open the chart.
"What about tonight?"
"Oh, he didn't tell you. Tonight is the annual leaf village fundraiser gala. You've been to everyone since becoming head of this hospital."
"It's tonight?!" I said checking my calendar in my phone.
"Shit." I mumbled.
"Uhh, I'll get Sakura to become my fill in. I'll see you back at the office." I said before running off.

I walked into the office, still in my scrubs and lab coat.
"Akiara." Kakashi said looking up.
"Hi, what about tonight do you need to talk about?" I asked.
"The gala, can you still make it? The elders are insistent because you the head of the hospital and my wife." Kakashi said as he stood up walking over to me.
"Yeah." I sighed as I rubbed my temple. "I'll ask Kurenai to look after Obito." I felt kakashi's hands grip my sides.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, just tired. I'll go home make some coffee and start getting ready."
"Okay, I need to take care of some paperwork before I can leave. Can you get my suit ready?" He asked. I smiled, I kissed him.
"Of course."

I straightened my hair and applied some makeup, I slipped into my satin red dress.
I took a deep breath as I smoothed out the wrinkles on my dress.

I patted lip balm onto my red lips, my newly manicured red nails having some rings on them.
I wore a few gold rings in my right hand, leaving my left one with my engagement and wedding ring.
