Lucy POV
After last night I was tired. A dead witch almost killed me and took over Bonnie's body. Stefan said Elena had no choice to tell her about us. In the 145 years of being a vampire I never knew one witch I got along with. Bonnie might be the first.
I stepped into my shower and let the water flow over me. It was calming like how it always was.
I walked downstairs with my backpack over my shoulders. I hoped to run into Bonnie at school so I can explain that I won't hurt her, that she's my friend. Usually I don't stay in one place long, but that was before Stefan wanted to get to know Elena. Mystic Falls is the place where I grew up here so it was actually nice to be back. Now that I was here I didn't want to leave. I had friends and a boyfriend. I wanted to stay here and at the moment there was really nothing that could make me leave.
I walked into the living room and found Damon starring out of the window.
"Are you leaving." I asked.
"More than likely." He responded without turning his back.
"Where will you go?" I asked.
"I don't know maybe London." Damon said, "I have some friends there."
"You don't have any friends." Stefan said while walking into the room.
"You're right Stefan I only have you two." He turned to me, "So where are WE going?".
"I'm not going any where." Stefan said. "I'm just started a life and I'm not going to walk away from it." Stefan said.
Damon turned to me. "So if little bro isn't going it's just you and me sis. The three of us are a team! We could travel the world together. We can try out for 'The Amazing race. Or a triathlon, or we could try to travel the world in 80 days like the movies, or see penguins in Antarctica."
"Damon has the point." I said with a smirk. "The three of us should stick together. I know you don't like it, but I agree with him Stef." I said to Stefan.
"Seriously Damon where are you going because I know you. You're not staying here." Stefan said as the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it." I said as I turned toward the door. When I opened it I saw the sheriff standing there.
"Hello Lucy I'm here to see Damon." She said.
"Ok I'll get him. You can come in if you would like." I said.
"No that's ok I'll wait out here." She said.
Seconds after I said that, Damon came up behind me.
"Sherif Forbes what a surprise!" Damon said.
"Sorry to bother you but we need to talk." She said.
"Okay come in." He said as he made room for her to walk in the door. Damon took her into the front room.
"I'm going to school while you can easdrop on them." I said to Stefan.
"I'm not easdropping." He mumbled.
"Bull shit." I said with a smirk. "See you at school."
******************************
I walked into school and went straight to my locker. I really hated school and questioned myself on why I'm still here. I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around to see Tyler standing by my locker. "Hey Lucy." He said."Hi Tyler what's up?" I asked.
He leaned against the locker. "Just wondering if you and Gilbert are still a thing." He said.
"Yes we are." I said to him.
"Well if you break up you know where I am." He said.
I gave him a smirk before walking away to Bonnie.
