Lucy POV

We were both dancing my head in his shoulder, "My brother seems to like your sister." I said.

"She seems to fancy him." He whispered in my ear.

I watched as Stefan danced he looked happy. "They look nice together." I told him.

"As do we." He said back.

I smiled and looked into his blue green eyes. We looked into each others eyes and danced. He leaned closer to me and whispered in my ear, "I fancy you." He pulled me back.

"You have a stong bond with your brother like my sister and I." He said.

"It's good I get along with her and you with Stefan," looked back at Stefan, who was still dancing with her.

"He reminds me what it's like to have a brother."

"Stefan does have that effect on people." I looked back into his eyes, "I haven't met someone like you before."

"There is no one quite like me," he leaned closer to my ear, "I'm one of a kind." He pulled away and looked into my eyes.

"I'm glad." I said with a small smile.

I've been having a dream like that forever. I don't know who the people are but we all seemed so happy. I've been having the dream since Jeremy and I officially started to date.

I decided to get up and ready for school. I jumped in the shower real quick. When I got out I could hear someone in my room. I figured it was Damon.

"Damon! Get out!" I yelled.

"Ouch I got confused with Damon." I could here her say.

I walked out of my bathroom. "Lexi." I smiled.

"Please don't tell me it's the day I think it is?" I asked. She nodded making me groan. I flopped on my bed not wanting to face the day.

"Why aren't you happy? It's your birthday?" She asked.

"Because I'm fucking old." I moaned.

"I'm older than you!" Lexi said.

"I know. Does Stefan know you're here?" I asked.

"No I thought we could scare him." Lexi said with a grin.

"He's sleeping on a chair down stairs." "Let's go." I said.

Lexi and I snuck down the stairs Stefan was sleeping with a book on his knee. Lexi snuck behind him gripping his neck and throwing him against the wall and sped off before being seen.

Stefan woke up he got up and looked around. "Damon?" He asked.

I made a sound that made him turn around. Then Lexi ran and tackled him to the ground.

"Lexi?" He asked. I leaned on the doorway watching the two.

"Hi Stefan." Lexi said to him.

"What are you doing here?" He asked as she pulled him off the ground.

"How could you even ask that?" She asked as they hugged.

"I missed you." He said to her without looking back towards me. They broke the hug and looked at each other.

"Happy Birthday." Lexi said to him which made me smile.

"You woke me up first and didn't even wish me a happy birthday!" I said acting hurt.

"Happy birthday." Lexi said to me.

"I'm going upstairs to finish getting ready." I said befire turning to the stairs.
