To the Rescue

"Oh, Lord Licorce!" a voice called into the cave. "I am here come and get me. It is Princess Lolly. I don't have any big bad sister around to protect me."

"What is going on?" asked Sky.

"That doesn't sound like Lolly I might no," said Bloom. "But it sounds familiar."

"I changed my mind I actually think I like you," Tecna spoke. "You are so ruthlessly coldhearted. She pulls him into a huge. "Kiss me and the kingdom of Candyland will belong to you."

She takes a stick of licorce out of his pocket. She bites a piece off of it.

"Hmm, delicious." She said winking noticing Lolly sneak up behind him and pull the wand out. She and Riven entered the cave.

"You think so?" He asked. Tecna coughs and spits out the candy.

"Absolutely not," answers Tecna.

"Rude!" He states. "You can't be a princess and judge me like that. Why is this a joke? Honestly it is an accquired taste. Why must I constantly repeat myself."

"Because let's be honest," a chilled voice said. "No one really likes it."

"No!" He shouts. "That can't be her."

"And yet it is you goofball," said Lolly.

"Princess Lolly but then who is she a twin sister of yours?" asked Lord Licorce staring at the near resemblance of Princess Lolly and Tecna.

"No," replies Tecna. "But I don't have attachments to sweets as much as these girls do."

"Good evening Lord Licorce," said Frostine appearing out of nowhere. "Icecreamblade

"Not Princess Frostine! Stop!" He shouted.

"How many times do I have to say you stop sticking people in your Licorce Cave!" She shouts at the top of her lungs. "You are a dirty worm and you will always be one!"

"Allow me Frostine," said Sky.

"It would be my honor, young Prince Sky."

Sky punched Licorce in the face.
It knocked him over.

"Never mess with me and my friends again," threatened Sky. His eyes locked with Licorce.

Aisha looked at the melted puddle of  Licorce Tecna had spit out.

"Tecna move back." Aisha tells her.

The others step back. Frostine however disappears again.

"Candy on the path melted goo I command you grow in size. Spread wide in a circle now I call forth the Licorce Lake erase the cave. May the trees with be laced with Licorce sap that falls into this lake."

The Daunting Licorce Woods at the chant of Aisha's incantation became the Licorce Swamp!

"Told you would get stuck in your own sticky situation." laughs Aisha. Lord Licorce groans at her.

"You will regret this!" He shouts.

"I don't think we ever will," said Bloom also laughing.

"Guys, that only changed the lay out of this place." said Tecna. "He is not actually stuck in it yet."

"Frostine has this one in the bag," replies Riven.

"Yeah but where is my sister?" asked Lolly.

"No. Stop saying her name!" exclaims Licorce.

"I am right here." Frostine said appearing on the other side of Licorce Lake. "Honestly I don't understand why you get so scared of me. I am the nicest person around. DLL!"

""Because you always disappear after you speak," He mumbles. "And your voice is as cold as ice."

"Boo!" Frostime blasts him in the back sending him into the Licorce's sappy waters. "The only one with a cold heart around is you my friend. Enjoy your Baconfire Licorce. I hope it doesn't scorch your daimty red skin."

She rejoins the others on the other side of the swamp.

"That was awesome you three," said Riven. "I have never seen such a well thought out plan before hand."

"You aren't such a sourpill after all are you Riven?" asked Frostine.

"No. He's certainly better than I thought," responds Tecna. Her face was all aglow and so was Bloom's.

"I just hope Father isn't mad at me," replies Lolly. "I am suppose to stay at the Candy Castle."

"I know what that feels like," said Aisha. "Be glad you have a sister I don't have any siblings."

"Don't worry about it Lolly, Daddy is not going to shift the Sugar Sands if I can reason with him," responds Frostine. "You should be free to explore. Our dad is a little of a sugar addicted grump."

They all laughed.

"My own father is sometimes a grouch too," states Aisha. "What about you Bloom?"

"I never knew my birth family and I only just found my birth sister." replies Bloom. Aisha hugs her. "I am so sorry. I shouldn't have asked."

"No, it is okay, listen it is nice hanging out with you guys," speaks Bloom. "But could we move a little faster. We have been gone too long from our world."

"Bloom is right, and there is a crisis at hand. These girls are fairies princess fairies."

Tecna glares at him.

"Except for Tecna," interjects Sky.

"Of course," states Frostine. "We'll go through the Icecream Slides straight to the palace of my father."

With a snap of her hands she and them disappear. Tecna finds herself with Aisha and Bloom screaming as they slide down a swirling slide of rainbow ice cream right to the front the steps of the Candy Castle.

"Here we are," said Lolly. "Welcome to the Candy Castle both where Frostine and I grew up. Come on in. We'll ask our dad where you need to go."

Frostine and Lollipop gestured them into the Palace.
