Mirta was watching the boys' training progress. The target of the lesson was to anticipate the objects movements before you got hit.
That was hard when you never knew what the object would be.

"Riven look out!" Roy shouts. Riven slides under avoiding the shot.

"Thanks Roy," spoke Riven. "Roy triple flip!"

Roy did. The other three stood amazed as the pair of them seemed to be far cooperative than Riven ever was with Sky.

Riven takes his boomerang out and tosses it at the disc. It hits and breaks exploding into purple magic. Mirta nods.

"You keep that up you two you might have a change of combat partners at Exhibition on the day of the royals.

She notices Timmy shaking nervously. She was not surprised Cordtorta had told him he was not the best in combat.

"Nabu Brandon your next tomorrow morning." Mirta answers. That relieved the other two for a moment but Brandon looked dumbfounded. Completely baffled. "I suggest you all practice yourselves. I am going to speak to Saladdin."

She walked away hearing Cordtorta shout. "Come on let's practice."

Inside the beige wall of Red Fountain Mirta picks up her gemstome forged into the shape of a triangle. It opens 3D for her and she saw the armored spider but she also saw Lillian leave the infirmary. Lillian went up to Faragonda's office. The door opens.

"Come on in Lillian," spoke Faragonda. "What is the matter child?"

"Well I was wondering have you ever seen something like this before Faragonda?" She asked setting the picture down on the desk.

"A metal spider wow that is quite an object but why be concerned?" asked Faragonda acting surprised. Lillian seemed to ignore it.

"Well because it attacked Sky and Bloom on their way back to Alfea. She called the Winx this morning and they went to the cave to help but the Spider Creature seemed to be one step ahead of them even Tecna was struggling with it." Lillian answers. "Sky's unconscious in the infirmary right now because of it biting him I think."

"Well metal is one thing but I never thought tech could recognize people before it even met them. If it was that angry at Sky we have to find out why," said Faragonda. "I will try to get you the answers as fast as possible Lillian please check in on the girls. And don't talk to anyone about this."

"Yes, of course Headmistress," She answers. She opens the door to reveal an armored man walking in. Lillian flinches slightly at the sight. He moves aside and let's her pass him. Their eyes locked but for just 10 seconds.

"Shocked aren't you Lillian?"

"Of course Professor Avalon his look and timing is all too suspicious." She whispered.

Behind Faragonda's door, Faragonda insisted Corwin remove his helmet.

"Well Corwin it's been awhile since we last sat to talk," states Faragonda.

"Indeed it has," says Corwin. "Ace made it into Red Fountain I see. I was afraid Saladin wouldn't give him access."

"You're right about that. Saladin was quite resistant after you left Red Fountain. But I understood you know that."

"I couldn't stand innocent people being hurt for no reason at all," said Corwin. "You know I told you what happened when Ace was three years old I was 5."

Faragonda gulps. It was the Day of Peace for Melody Matlin was just on stage. Pristine was watching through the back curtains. She saw her niece sitting her sister's husband's lap. A man in a dark robe appearred at the back of the crowd. Corwin stood with his mother holding her left hand tightly. He looked up at the hooded purple figure and flinched. A flute was lifted to the person's mouth. An eerie sound entered the room.
