"Eugh! You I have just about had with you!" exclaims Darcy. "It is time to say goodbye, Ace! Dark oblivion!"

"Summer's embrace!" I conjured a shield went up around the others. "Waiting for someone?"

"How would you know?" asked Darcy.

"Why would I answer that, Shadow Witch!" I retorted. "She ditched you!"

"Stormy will you give me a hand with this pathetic wizard."

The spell of lightning hit me but it was unbalanced light.

"Nice try!" I spoke with an chilled voice. "Perhaps you should think less of fighting me and stop treating your sister like a total jerk before she stabs you in the back!"

My voice louder. The fairies gasped in shock.

"Huh?" gasps Darcy. "How is that possible that he absorbed the lightning and deflected my sphere so easily."

"This wizard is definitely tougher than he looks," says Stormy. "There is something about him."

"He's got nerve to stand outside his  own barrier that's for sure," replies Icy. "We're done here. We got what we wanted. Come on sisters. I'll teach you a lesson your own father wished he had Ace!"

My mouth dropped open at that. I quickly recovered.

The shield went down. I revealed the pole in my cloak. It changed into a staff.

"Lightstorm!" I slammed the staff into the ground sending an incredible waves of light over the hole room thawing out the ice covering the guards Icy had frozen with her sisters. Darcy gives me an annoyed stare.

"We'll get back at you yet!" She groans. She and her sisters disappear.

I fell to my knees the staff clattering to the ground. I breathed heavily. Bloom rushed to my side. Riven came up to me too.

"He's used a lot energy with that spell," said Riven. "Come on we have to get you to the infirmary."

"Ace," states Bloom. "I am so sorry."

"They have only won the round," I whispered to her. "Be careful Bloom. I worry about you."

"He'll be fine Bloom," said Helia. "Brandon help me."

"I didn't know Ace could do that," states Timmy.

"Neither did I," said Sky.

"We should be getting back to Alfea," said Flora.

"And tell Ms. Faragonda what happened here." responds Tecna.

"Bloom do you think you could heal that pixie?"

"I think so Sky," She answers. I groaned.

"Take easy, Ace," said Riven. "Why did Icy make you so mad today?"

"Now isn't the time Riven," I spoke. "Later."
