"Well in any conversation it should start like this," said Ace.

"How is your day?
Why is that?
Hope it gets better really soon
What hobbies do you have?
What makes you happy?" Ace explains. "You got to continuously give the other speaker room to breathe or they feel chlostrophobic. You have to watch their expressions. The facial features can give you clues as to whether they are sad, depressed, concern or stressed. I was watching Tecna when she was here early. She looked tired and worn out to me. It seems Alfea is having a lot of difficulty. Alice sent me this. Classes are Alfea this year have gotten more complex."

He let it sink in. Ace knew to stop talking.

"I can't believe I didn't notice," says Timmy. "That's the one thing my sisters complimented me on back in my realm. And here with a girl I completely threw it out the window."

"You are observant Timmy," said Ace. "That's why the group you are in always relies on you when you are in a fight. Tecna will realize she judged you way too soon."

"You really think so Ace?" inquires Timmy.

"Sometimes we think our mind is right when actually our heart is right at times. Tecna doesn't hold grudges. I know she would say that is not logical, because it is emotionally related."

"I suppose even going on and on about technology would hurt my head if someone ranted on about it. But I have so little to talk about."

"Timmy you have plenty to talk about," says Ace. "You are the eyes of the Specialist without you backing the others up I doubt they would have been as prepared for what happened last school year. I doubt they would have gotten along if it had been for you breaking up the fight. You are so much more than a nerd. You are a key part to this team. It wouldn't be a well oiled machine today if it wasn't for your skills, your talent and determination. You have potential here at Red Fountain. Give yourself some credit."

"Man," sighs Sky. "I wish I could talk to Bloom like that. Ace is good with people."

"Don't say that Timmy," states Ace. "You probably have higher chances  of being a great hero than I do."

"Ace, I can't believe you just said that," spoke Timmy. "You are wizard! That's beyond anything great Red Fountain has acheived."

"I'm not sure wizard is the correct term you are looking for," states Ace standing up and pacing. "If I was just a wizard? Then how on Earth could I contact Professor Palladium. We're two different races."

"Sky eavesdropping are you?" inquires Brandon.

"I just wish I knew how Ace makes so many friends with girls yet he never gets a girlfriend out of them." replies Sky in a low voice. "But so far I haven't heard anything intriguing. Probably never will. Let's go before they hear us."

Brandon nods and the two of them walk away.
