Lillian set the cup on the tray and walked into the back of the ship.

"No, Bloom," says Musa. "Lillian needs to be alone for a minute."

"I think Musa is right," adds Tecna. "We don't really know how much pain she went through with Cassandra and Chimera."

"I still can't believe my Father ordered the guards to arrest me. " I wept.

"Stella, your father was just scared," sighs Bloom.

"I think he was more than scared Bloom," states Flora. "I think he was spelled. You remember what you said to us Stella?"

"Yes," I replied. "My father would never treat me like that unless he was under a spell. But if it was a spell? Then how in the world did it get there?"

Meanwhile in the back of the ship Lillian stood staring out the window. A year before her Father left she had overheard the following argument.

"Absolutely not!" Her father she knew he had slammed his fist down hard on the desk in the study as it rattled the whole desk. "Lillian is going to Alfea Cassandra. There is nothing you can do to make me change my mind. I am not sending my only daughter to school with bullies! And if you were in the right mind you would never have started Chimera there."

"How dare you tell me how to raise my daughter!" declares Cassandra. "We are husband and wife We need to agree on things. Lillian's talent will be wasted at that dorky castle."

"Don't say the word "dorky" in front of me again Cassandra." responded Jason strictly. His eyes piercing cold.

"She is not coming back, Jason!" Cassandra gave the wake up call to him.

"Never talk to me about my wife!" He thundered. "It is not open for discussion."

"I knew it!" shouted Cassandra. "You never loved me! You're heart was already sealed up before our wedding! You smother your own daughter with your love."

She heard her Father stand up. He approached Cassandra. He was swift with it.

"Tales you have heard of widowed men leaving room in the heart for a future wife to love are but childish dreams never meant to take flight. I never loved you and I never could. And deep down you will soon realize for yourself why. You are both witches in the heart and mind. There are some secrets I will never ever be willing to share with you. Our wedding was a business ceremony that alone."

"Ugh! You will regret this Count Jason!" Cassandra yelled at the top of her lungs.

"GET OUT!" He spoke with a chilled voice opening the study door. My father had kept to a strictly business mannerism around Cassandra.

"Lillian?" Flora spoke from behind me. "Everything okay?"

"Yeah, I just needed a moment alone for a bit." I answered.

"Come on back in with me. The ship is about to land." Flora gently urges me.
