Frieda- July 26th I can't remember if she is 13, but she is significantly younger than the other members of the Winx.

"La la la la!" The same girl watched from the upstairs window as her step-family left to do their duties to the Kingdom.

Lillian pulled her pale dusty covered blonde hair into a ponytail and tied it strong. It pinched a little, but she didn mind. She threw open the hallway windows and let sunlight greet her face. She hummed a merry tune. A dove perched on the window sill. She could see the palace walls from where she stood in her home. But no one saw her.

"Oh hello there," She spoke to the twittering pair of birds. She bent down. She picked up the scrub brush and got it damp with soap and water.

She started working at the dirt on the insides of the large windows.

"Ahhhh," She sang. "One day I will be free. One day I will be shine. The door in my dreams will open wide! And when that happens no one can tell me otherwise. But till then I will keep on cleaning, stoke the fire, mind the laundry fix the tea, and make the windows bright and shimmering. "

She stared at her reflection in the window.

"Father! I still hear your voice," She sang aloud. "I still feel your energy. I intended to find you as soon as possible. This realm may have thought we don't exist anymore, but I know that things are never what they seem.

I'll earn my keep. I protect this treasure you gave to me guard forever more." She lifted her voice. She gasped in surprise as the birds responded with her. They brought cloth in their beaks and started helping her clean the house.

"When a day seems bleak and grey and all your hope is lost," Lillian sings very sweetly. "There is a ray of sunlight peeking out from the darkened clouds. One day you are all alone the next you are surrounded by loving friends."

She nuzzles up with the with sunquirrel that followed the birds into the house.

"We may not see eye to eye," She continued to sing picking up the broom and merrily dancing along to her own tune as she balances the laundry pile on her head. "But I can see you and I will do great things for this world. It is my hope. I want to change this world for the better!"

The animals followed her into the garden.

"No," Lillian answers. "Dirt goes that way way over there."

She chuckled. The rabbits and squirrels came down out of the trees.

"Eugh!" Lillian sighs. "Why does Chimera leave her high herls all over the place."

She picked up the pair.

She shakes her head. Broken heels. They were complete useless garbage now.

"Hmm," Lillian spoke thinking while she picked up all the clothes after setting the shoes to the side.
"If I smooth them down, they would be quite comfortable loafers for myself. Yes, that is exactly what I'll do. High heels are so impractical. All you can do in them is wobble unless you steady yourself in them."

Among the animals now were the two doves, a pair of sunbirds, four squirrels, four rabbits and two raccons. Lillian hung the clothes to dry. Nature had become here best friend in the last almost three years. She revealed a yellow sun crystal dangling from a black ribbon necklace. It glimmered in the sunlight.
