Vacation in the Wildlands

"Oh I feel terrible girls after everything I did," replied Bloom. We had gathered round her in our dorm main room.

"Bloom you couldn't have known Darkar was watching you," I add.

"Stella is right," spoke Musa.

"You can't blame yourself," said Aisha. "That wasn't really your fault."

"And we knew all those nasty things weren't really your words," speaks Flora. "No one can really ever replace the warm heart of friendship and care you give us."

"We know you would never do such a stupid illogical thing in your right mind," states Tecna.

There was a knock on the door. I opened it.

"Yes, Ms. Griselda?" I asked.

"Faragonda is waiting for you in her office come follow me girls," gestured Griselda strictly.

We were soon standing in Faragonda's office in front of her desk.

"Well we have had quite the rough streak, young ladies." begins Faragonda.

"Quite the rough streak, Faragonda that is understatement if I ever heard one." says Bloom. "Thanks to me Darkar has the third part of the codex."

"Which means he only needs one more to complete his goals," states Aisha.

"Yes, and if he gets it that would be disastrous." Faragonda remarks

"Oh! How terrible!" Flora sighs.

"How terrible?!" I snapped. "Then instead of just standing there complaining why don't you do something about it!"

"You are the one who is all talk Stella," Musa defends Flora.

"Oh please! As if you can do anything against the Trix!"

"Girls! Compose yourselves!" declares Faragonda firmly.

"Faragonda what do you suggest we do?" Bloom asks.

"I have to take drastic measures in this situation. You will all be given vacation."

"A vacation?" gasps Tecna. "This is the most unlogical thing I have ever heard of especially during this critical moment in time."

"On the contrary this exactly what you girls need," informs Faragonda. "Now listen closely, the Wildlands have a small village, winter mountain resort where you can ski and beyond that are forest reserves and savannah filled with exotic creatures."

"What about our classes here?" inquires Flora. "We'll be missing so much."

"This is far more important," adds Faragonda. "As long as you fairies remain quarrelsome and divided you are not useful in the fight against Darkar. The wildlands are a magic free zone."

"Magic free zone?" inquires Aisha. "But what if something goes wrong?"

"You won't be able to use most of your powers in case of an emergency we are inviting some of the specialists to go with you. Now you should pack your essentials and wait outside."

"Ms. Faragonda Ace here like you asked," Griselda informs her.

"Tell him he can come in," states Faragonda.

"Are you coming with us Ace?" asked Bloom.

"No. I'm needed here at the moment Faragonda has something important for me to take a look at." states Ace. "Have fun girls."

"Ace!" exclaims Aisha throwing her arms around him. "I'll miss you big  brother!"

"Oh come on you'll be back and way stronger before you even know it Aisha." Ace spoke. "Try not to let the Darkness get to you okay?"

"I promise," answers Aisha.

"Faragonda you sent for me," responds Ace.

"Yes, but let the girls depart," Faragonda spoke to him. "I don't want to over concern Bloom."

"I for one am in need of a good vacation and shopping trip," I sighed.

"Can you think of anything else besides shopping Stella?" inquires Aisha.

"It is gonna be a long trip with Aisha and Stella," replies Sky.

"Don't beat yourself up Sky," Ace advises. "You'll do fine. Aisha and Stella will get over their differences soon enough. See you when you get back."

"Be careful Ace!" responds Riven.

"I will Riven," Ace answered. "Don't worry about me. You need to relax a bit. Have some fun while you're at it okay?"

"Not really the time for fun and games," said Riven. "But I'll try to."
