Too Fast For Love

Chapter 1: Sunset Boulevard

Kat's POV
"C'mon Kat, we're going to be late" Alice calls down from our living room.

I was finishing up teasing my long, jet black hair and spraying it. My friend Alice and Ember decided that we'd go check out this newer band called Mötley Crüe tonight at the Whiskey, considering none of us had a significant other to spend Valentine's Day with this year. Somehow Ember was able to score us tickets before the sold out again with her cousin, Vinny, who was one of the bartenders there.

I grabbed my leather jacket from the end of my bed and walked back into the bathroom to get one last look at my outfit. I was wearing a studded spikes bra I made my self, along with a pair of my high waisted leather pants and high platform boots.

"Damn Kat, you look fucking hot" Alice says grabbing my eyeliner and retouching hers up.

"Right back at ya, girly" I say with a smirk.

"So we're meeting up with Ember inside of the Whiskey then" I ask locking up our front door.

"Yeah, she said that she had something to do before."

We decided to walk down to the venue since we lived only a block away. The sun was slowly starting to set and a small line started to form outside the place when we got there. Once we get inside, Alice and I take a seat over at the bar and spot Vinny instantly.

"Two shots of your most expensive vodka, please" I say to Vinny as he turns around.

"My two favorite girls" he says pouring. "Ember is around here somewhere, I believe upstairs with a few people."

I down my shot at the same time as Alice does. When I turn to my right, I notice Ember walking over with some tall guy next to her.

"You guys are here pretty early. I expected Kat to take another hour" she says sipping at her cup of jack and coke.

"Right?! I was surprised too seeing her already at the door when I was barely putting on my shoes" Alice replies and they both laugh a little.

"Who's your friend" I ask pointing nodding my head to the tall, long haired man next to her. He grabbed her waist with one hand and stuck out his other to shake my hand.

"Hey, I'm Tommy" he says with a cute grin on his face. Of course Em already found a guy to hook up with for the night. She's always been super straightforward with the guys and knows exactly what she wants, and she always gets what she wants.

After talking and hanging out for what seemed like forever, another long dark haired man walks over to us. This guy looked just a little different. Kinda had a more serious look to him.

"There you are, T-Bone" the mysterious man says. Wow. His voice was even sexier than his looks. I sat up a little straighter, having my big chest stand out more, trying to get this guys attention. It works. He looks straight at me for a second with a sexy little smirk on his face. Fuck.

"Dude, we're up in 2 minutes. They want us now to get ready though" he speaks again.

"I'll see you after, doll" Tommy says kissing Ember on the cheek and smacking her ass.

"Wait-" Alice starts to say.

"Alright Hollywood, put your hands together and give it up for Mötley Crüe" the announcer says as four guys walk on to the stage.

"Oh shit" I say looking right at the guy who came over earlier. He spots me right away and smiles. I down the rest of my second shot get up from my seat to get closer to the stage.
