Chapter 7

Y/n's POV

It's was the next day after the confessing of my feelings towards Inuyasha, kagome was being very angry and distant but..can I blame her? I did take the one she loves but he could still love her. Currently I was walking beside Inuyasha as we searched for more jewel shards, I looked at him and he looked at me. I blushed and looked away smiling, "Shippo: Kagome? Are you okay?" He asked in a worried tone. "Kagome: I'm fine shippo.." it was clear that she wasn't fine, Inuyasha growled "Inuyasha: Kagome! What's your problem!?" , Kagome looked over at Inuyasha "kagome: Sit.." and with that Inuyasha plummeted into the ground. I stopped and turned around to help him up, "Inuyasha? A-are you okay?" He lifted off the ground and I dusted off his hair "Inuyasha: Yeah I'm fine, you know you don't have to worry about me so much. I'm not weak y/n", I nodded and kept walking holding onto my chest,  My heart was beating so fast.

Kagome's POV

Look at them, Inuyasha has totally forgotten how I feel about him.. instead he's giving all his attention to her. I'm jealous and sad, why would he choose her over me. What does she have that I don't!?, I sighed and tightened my grip on Kiara's fur. "Can we take a break?.." I asked, Inuyasha started growling but Y/n stopped him, "Y/n: we can..take a break kagome..do as you please  but when we start moving we'll alert you.." her voice was gentle and understanding almost like she knew that I was in pain, "Why?.." I said tears streaming down my cheeks. "Why would y-you take him from me...?" I jumped off of kiara and walked to y/n

Y/n's POV

I didn't know what to say, her words made my stomach drop. "K-kagome..I was just-" my word was cut off by a hand slamming against my cheek, she smacked me..I looked at her tears forming in my eyes, "Kagome: You don't know anything! You don't know how much pain and suffering that I went through because of him leaving me for kikyo! You don't know what I'd do for him! You don't know how much I love him, how much I yearn for his touch. His gaze. His voice! For him to even be beside me!" Tears started to gush out my eyes as I grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards me, "I do know how that feels...do you really think I wasn't hurting seeing him with another women Including you..I don't care if you were first or not..I feel just as strongly about him than you do, like how sango feels when miroku goes flirting with other women Im front of her..you don't know...and you'll never know how I truely feel.." I let go of her wrist and walk far ahead of everyone else

Kagome's POV

Her words made me feel so many emotions I didn't know what to feel, "Sango: Kagome..." I looked down letting the tears fall onto the ground, I felt shippo tugging at my skirt but I ignored him and walked back to Kiara. I got my stuff and continued walking "don't wait up...I'm..gonna ask to take a bath..."

Inuyasha's POV

I stood there after this whole scene happened in front of me, I didn't know what to do. I couldn't now, it was like I was frozen. "Miroku: Inuyasha..I think we need to talk and you have to make some major decisions.." I finally snapped out of my trance and nodded, "what am I going to do...who am I going to choose?..
