Chapter 22 (Short)

Kagome's POV

I was on Inuyasha's back looking for jewel shards then I suddenly see a cyclone coming towards us, "I sense 2 sacred jewel shards. It must be koga!" I got off Inuyasha's back and sure enough koga took my hands, "koga: hey kagome, still with this dog eared mutt Inuyasha?". Inuyasha growled, "Inuyasha: I am not a mutt! And get your hands off kagome you mangy wolf!!" He drew his tetsiga and I rolled my eyes. "Sit!" He went plummeting into the ground and I watched as y/n helped him up, "y/n: are you okay Inuyasha?". Koga's attention snapped to y/n, "koga: Who's that? And why does she smell like?..come to think of it so does Inuyasha? Hey mutt! Have you chosen another women over kagome? You smell like something musky" He looks at koga and scoffs, "Inuyasha: it's not any of your buisness koga, back off!". Koga looks back at me,"koga: Just know I'm here kagome..and tell me if anything happens! I'm off to find naraku and bring you his head!" And with that koga runs off the feeling of the jewel shards fading slowly, "Well...let's keep looking..something feels off". I jump back onto Inuyasha's back, "hurry up!.go!" Inuyasha growls. "Inuyasha: I'm not your dog!", i hear y/n's small cute laughs which make Inuyasha blush. I get an idea and smirk, I take a deep breath and say, "INUYASHA AND Y/N SITTIN' IN A TREE! K.I.S.S.I.N.G!"

Y/n's POV

I tensed up at kagome's sudden outburst, then my face lit up. "Kagome! What the heck is wrong with you!", She laughs loudly and I see Inuyasha start shaking. "Inuyasha: Kagome!!" He growls loudly and starts walking, I start giggling a little. "Well..I suppose it's not that bad..at lease it's with him..." I look off to the side and blush and even deeper red, I don't know how but I feel in my soul that he agrees with me. As we continue walking we hear and see villagers running towards us, "huh? What's going on?" I stop

Miroku's POV

"Don't worry, I'll handle this" I get off of kiara and walk towards the group of villagers. "What seems to be the problem" I asked calmly, one of the village men starts talking, "Village men: It was a few days ago, our Lord's daughter was sleeping but she was woken up by some noises..she sat up to see a furious black demon with red eyes and since that night she's been acting very strangly". "I see...." i looked down thinking, "this is more trouble than I thought..but the princess must be lovely..."
